McDonald’s Turkey sells an Adana Usulü Köfte Dürüm, a köfte wrap made in the style of Adana kebab, the long spiced minced-meat kebab from the southern city of Adana. A Köfte Burger is on the main burger list in single and double, beside two chicken tenders dürüm wraps. McCafé is the most Turkish part of the menu, with a three-cheese simit sandwich, smoked turkey and egg on bazlama flatbread, a double-kaşar tost, Türk kahvesi and çay. Ayran is on the soft-drinks board next to Coca-Cola, and a San Sebastian cheesecake leads the McCafé cakes. The site lists names and photos, with no prices and no descriptions.
The Turkish items on this menu come from two places you’d eat in Turkey anyway, the kebab shop and the café. The kebab-shop side is köfte and the dürüm wrap on the burger list. The café side is McCafé, where breakfast is built on simit and bazlama and the hot drinks include Turkish coffee and tea. McDonald’s Turkey’s website gives each product a name and a photo and nothing more, so the notes in the tables below explain what the Turkish names mean and what the dishes are in Turkey. Those notes are our own explanations. Every item is listed in English first, with the Turkish name after it when the two differ. For comparison, see Italy, Germany and Poland, or the wider picture in McDonald’s around the world.

Checked September 11, 2026. There are no prices on this page because McDonald’s Turkey doesn’t publish any on its site; prices are in Turkish lira. The site has one gap of its own. Its navigation links to a breakfast category, and that page returned a 404 error when we checked, so the only breakfast items we could load are the four on the McCafé list below. That’s the website’s page failing to load, and it tells you nothing either way about breakfast in the restaurants.
Köfte and dürüm on the burger list
Adana kebab is hand-minced meat and red pepper pressed onto a wide skewer and grilled, and it takes its name from Adana, the city in southern Turkey where it comes from. Usulü means in the style of, so the Adana Usulü Köfte Dürüm is Adana-style köfte rolled into a dürüm, which is what Turkish kebab shops call a wrap. It’s the most local thing on the board, though the listing is a name and a photo, so the rest of the filling isn’t spelled out. Köfte itself is Turkish for meatball, and the Köfte Burger puts it in a bun, single or as a Double Köfte Burger. Both are filed in the main burger category next to the Big Mac and the McCrispy range. Chicken gets the dürüm treatment too: Tenders Dürüm comes with a sweet pickle mayonnaise or a hot spiced one, and Çıtır Tavuk Burger is the crispy chicken burger under its Turkish name. The rest of the list is the international set, Quarter Pounder builds and a Double Big Mac among them, plus a Dabadaba Burger that the site shows without explaining.

McCafé breakfast on Turkish breads
Simit is the sesame-crusted bread ring sold from street carts and bakeries all over Turkey, and the Üç Peynirli Simit Sandviç makes one into a three-cheese sandwich. Bazlama is a thick, soft village flatbread from Anatolia, cooked on a griddle, and here it carries smoked turkey and egg. The Turkish word for the bird is hindi, which means Indian, so a Turkish menu names turkey after India while English names it after Turkey. Tost is the pressed cheese toastie you’ll find at cafés and snack kiosks across the country, and çift kaşarlı means it has double kaşar, the mild yellow cheese that goes into most of them. A Kruvasan, croissant in Turkish spelling, makes four. These are the only breakfast items we could load, because the site’s own breakfast page returned a 404 on September 11, 2026.

Turkish coffee and çay at McCafé
Türk Kahvesi is Turkish coffee: very finely ground coffee simmered in a small pot called a cezve and poured unfiltered, so the grounds settle at the bottom of the cup. The sugar goes into the pot while it brews, which is why Turks order it by sweetness: sade for none, az şekerli for a little, orta for medium and şekerli for sweet. Leave the last sip, since it’s mostly grounds. Çay is the strong black tea Turkey grows along its eastern Black Sea coast around Rize and drinks all day. McDonald’s Turkey lists both on the hot-drinks board with the Americano, Flat White, Spanish Latte and Salted Karamel, beside a Filtre Kahve and a Sıcak Çikolata. The cold side runs to iced lattes, two frappes, and Cool Lime and Sweet Cooler, each also sold frozen.

Ayran and the cold drinks
Ayran is yoghurt whipped with cold water and salt, and it’s what Turks drink with kebab and döner. McDonald’s Turkey lists it on the ordinary soft-drinks board with Coca-Cola, Coca-Cola Zero, Fanta and Sprite. If you’ve had a salted lassi, you know roughly what you’re getting. Lemonade comes from Cappy, the Coca-Cola juice brand, in a strawberry version and a 330 ml size as well as the regular one. The Mixology range is named by fruit, in mango, strawberry and blueberry, and the board also lists drinks called simply Mango, Çilek and Yaban Mersini, with nothing in the listing to separate those from the Mixology ones. Fuse Tea covers iced tea, in peach and lemon.

McCafé cakes, where pasta means cake
San Sebastian cheesecake is the burnt Basque cheesecake, baked hot enough to darken the top while the centre stays soft, and named after San Sebastián in Spain’s Basque Country. It became a fixture of Turkish café menus, and it’s the first cake in McCafé’s dessert listing, with a tiramisu after it. The next two need one piece of vocabulary: pasta is the Turkish word for cake. Red Velvet Pasta is red velvet cake, Çikolatalı Pasta is chocolate cake, and if you want the Italian kind of pasta in Turkey, ask for makarna. The list also has a chocolate muffin and a forest fruits one, two donuts named for cocoa hazelnut cream and for strawberry with white chocolate, and McPops in chocolate and forest fruits. Hazelnut is a very Turkish flavour to find there, since Turkey grows most of the world’s hazelnuts.

Churros and onion rings
Çuros is churros, spelt with ç because that’s how Turkish writes the ch sound, and it’s on the main dessert board next to the McFlurry and three milkshakes. Çıtır Soğan 10’lu is crispy onion rings in a 10-piece: çıtır means crispy, soğan means onion and 10’lu means a pack of ten. None of the other European menus covered on this site lists onion rings. They sit on the snack list with Tenders, McWings, nuggets and the fries, which the site shows once, as Orta Patates, the medium. Ice cream comes in two cones, a Külah and a Kornet, and the listing doesn’t say what separates them.

FAQ
What is the Adana Usulü Köfte Dürüm?
It’s an Adana-style köfte wrap on McDonald’s Turkey’s burger list, as of September 11, 2026. Adana kebab is the long kebab of hand-minced meat and red pepper grilled on a wide skewer, named after the city of Adana in southern Turkey, and dürüm is the Turkish word for a wrap. McDonald’s Turkey’s site shows the product by name and photo only, so it doesn’t list the rest of the filling.
Does McDonald’s Turkey sell Turkish coffee?
Yes. Türk Kahvesi is on the McCafé hot-drinks board next to the espresso drinks, and Çay, Turkish black tea, is on the same list. In Turkey you normally say how sweet you want Turkish coffee when you order, because the sugar is cooked in: sade means no sugar and orta means medium.
Does McDonald’s Turkey serve breakfast?
McCafé lists four breakfast items, but the site’s own breakfast page didn’t load when we checked on September 11, 2026. The four are a three-cheese simit sandwich, a smoked turkey and egg sandwich on bazlama, a double-kaşar toastie and a croissant. The breakfast category linked from the site’s navigation returned a 404 error. That’s a broken web page, and it doesn’t tell you whether breakfast has changed, so ask in the restaurant.
What is ayran?
Ayran is a cold, salted yoghurt drink, and McDonald’s Turkey sells it on its regular soft-drinks list next to Coca-Cola. It’s yoghurt whipped with water and salt, and in Turkey it’s the usual drink with kebab and döner.
Why does McCafé in Turkey sell pasta?
Because pasta is the Turkish word for cake. Red Velvet Pasta is red velvet cake and Çikolatalı Pasta is chocolate cake, both on the McCafé dessert list with San Sebastian cheesecake and tiramisu. The Italian kind of pasta is makarna in Turkish.
How much does McDonald’s cost in Turkey?
McDonald’s Turkey doesn’t publish prices on its website, which is why this page doesn’t list any. Prices are in Turkish lira, and the menu board in the restaurant shows what yours charges.
