The short answer

McDonald’s Spain reads like a Spanish café with burgers attached. Gazpacho is a side, Mahou beer is on the drinks list, and McCafé makes tortilla toast, tomato toast with olive oil and café bombón for breakfast. The premium burgers are the McExtreme line, led right now by a pulled pork and beef Buffalo burger. The Big Arch is new, there’s a Leche Merengada McFlurry for summer, and you can ask for a gluten-free bun.

McExtreme is the range to know. It’s Spain’s premium burger line, and all three current builds pair beef with bacon and a heavy sauce. It also travels: Canada brought in a McExtreme Pulled Pork for its 2026 World Menu Heist. Around it, the board mixes the global standards (a Big Mac, a Quarter Pounder sold as the Cuarto de Libra) with food you’d otherwise order at a Spanish bar, which puts Spain high on the worldwide menu map for local dishes under the arches.
