Turkish coffee: very finely ground coffee simmered in a small pot called a cezve and poured unfiltered, so the grounds settle in the cup. McDonald's Turkey lists it on the McCafé hot-drinks board with the espresso range. Leave the last sip, which is mostly grounds.
