Starbucks China publishes its menu as three price boards, and the numbers on them are yuan prices for every size. A Tall Caffè Americano is CN¥27 (~$4.02), a Tall Caffè Latte is CN¥30 (~$4.47), and the most expensive row is the 红茶咖啡拿铁鸳鸯, a yuanyang-style black tea and coffee latte, at CN¥36-42 (~$5.36-$6.25). The cheapest drinks are two iced shaken teas at CN¥23 (~$3.42) Tall. Also on China’s board: a 259 ml hot-only Intenso small cup at CN¥29 (~$4.32), Refreshers sold as 星巴克生咖, a peach jelly Frappuccino and a Belgium dark chocolate black tea latte. Every size step costs 3 yuan. The boards list no food and no calories.
The menu page on starbucks.com.cn is a price list. It has 32 rows across three boards, every row named in Chinese and English, and almost every price printed for three cup sizes. Where our Starbucks Japan page tracks seasonal launches, this one reads the boards row by row, starting with the rows that only make sense once you know the Chinese name. If you are eating your way around the country, our McDonald’s China burger and breakfast menu is translated the same way.
Checked against Starbucks China’s own menu page; images © Starbucks China.
Checked September 20, 2026. The menu page’s content is three images and nothing else: a coffee board, a Frappuccino board headed 夏日焕新菜单 (New Summer Offer), and a tea board headed 心动价23起. Names and prices exist only inside those images, so every figure below was read off the boards by eye and checked twice. Prices are yuan per cup in the order Tall, Grande, Venti. Two caveats come from the boards themselves. Their small print says the price posted in each store is the one that applies, and their copyright line reads 2025 under that summer headline, which is what the page was still serving on the date above. The site also keeps an older product catalog online, with photos and descriptions and no prices. The menu page no longer links to it. Photos on this page come from that catalog, matched to board rows by their Chinese names. Drinks with no catalog page have no product photo on the site, so their item pages show the price board instead. The dollar figures are a loose conversion at the rate on the date above.
Three cup sizes, 3 yuan apart
The smallest size on the boards is 中杯, which translates as medium cup. The footnote on the coffee board maps it to Tall at 355 ml, with 大杯 (large cup) as Grande at 473 ml and 超大杯 (extra large cup) as Venti at 592 ml. So if you ask for a medium in Chinese, you get the smallest cup on the list. The only smaller cup on the boards is the 259 ml one used for the two Intenso lattes.
Every three-size row on all three boards climbs by 3 yuan per size. A Caffè Americano is CN¥27 (~$4.02), CN¥30 (~$4.47) and CN¥33 (~$4.91). A Flat White is CN¥35 (~$5.21), CN¥38 (~$5.66) and CN¥41 (~$6.10). The small print says prices are per cup in yuan. It also lists allergens that made-to-order drinks may contain: gluten cereals, egg, peanut, soy, milk and tree nuts.

Yuanyang, the small cup and the rest of China’s coffee rows
The most expensive drink Starbucks China publishes is the 红茶咖啡拿铁鸳鸯 at CN¥36 (~$5.36) Tall. 鸳鸯 (yuanyang) is the Hong Kong cafe name for coffee mixed with milk tea, and the Chinese name lists the parts in order: black tea, coffee, latte, yuanyang. The English line on the board flattens that to Black Tea Caffè Latte. It is listed hot or iced.
The Starbucks Intenso Collection, written 星巴克\浓/小杯 on the board, is two hot lattes in a 259 ml cup at CN¥29 (~$4.32): a plain one and a coconut one (椰香). 浓 means strong and 小杯 means small cup. It is the only place on the boards where a drink comes in one size.
The rest of this list is flavored lattes at CN¥33 (~$4.91) Tall: Tahitian vanilla with almond (大溪地香草风情巴旦木拿铁) and a berries flavor (莓莓风味拿铁) that also comes as an Americano at CN¥30 (~$4.47). An Extra Shot Latte, 浓郁咖啡拿铁, is CN¥34 (~$5.06), which is 4 yuan over the plain latte. The oat milk and almond lattes share a row priced exactly like the regular Caffè Latte, CN¥30 (~$4.47) Tall.
| Item | Price | What it is |
|---|---|---|
| Black Tea Caffè Latte 红茶咖啡拿铁鸳鸯 | CN¥36 (~$5.36) Tall / 39 Grande / 42 Venti | Yuanyang: black tea and coffee in a latte, hot or iced. The top price on all three boards. |
| Intenso Latte \浓/小杯拿铁 | CN¥29 (~$4.32), one 259 ml cup | The small-cup latte, hot only. |
| Intenso Coconut Latte 椰香\浓/小杯拿铁 | CN¥29 (~$4.32), one 259 ml cup | The coconut version, same cup and price. |
| Tahitian Vanilla Flavored Almond Latte 大溪地香草风情巴旦木拿铁 | CN¥33 (~$4.91) Tall / 36 Grande / 39 Venti | 大溪地 is Tahiti, 巴旦木 is almond. Hot or iced. |
| Berries Flavored Latte 莓莓风味拿铁 | CN¥33 (~$4.91) Tall / 36 Grande / 39 Venti | 莓莓 doubles the character for berry. Priced with the Vanilla and Hazelnut lattes. |
| Berries Flavored Americano 莓莓风味美式 | CN¥30 (~$4.47) Tall / 33 Grande / 36 Venti | The same flavor in an Americano, 3 yuan over the plain one. |
| Extra Shot Latte 浓郁咖啡拿铁 | CN¥34 (~$5.06) Tall / 37 Grande / 40 Venti | The Chinese name reads as rich coffee latte. |
| Oat Milk Latte / Almond Latte 燕麦拿铁/巴旦木拿铁 | CN¥30 (~$4.47) Tall / 33 Grande / 36 Venti | One row for both, at the regular latte price. |
Refreshers are 星巴克生咖 here
Starbucks China sells Refreshers under the name 星巴克生咖. 生咖 reads as raw coffee, and the board tags the range 轻咖啡因饮品, a light-caffeine drink, served iced. Its footnote says one cup has about a third of the caffeine of an Americano in the same size. Two are on the board, both at CN¥34 (~$5.06) Tall. The Pink Drink keeps its English name in capitals ahead of the Chinese 粉粉生咖, and the Strawberry Acai Lemonade is 粉莓柠力生咖. The site publishes no ingredients for either.
| Item | Price | What it is |
|---|---|---|
| Pink Drink PINK DRINK 粉粉生咖 | CN¥34 (~$5.06) Tall / 37 Grande / 40 Venti | Starbucks Refreshers, iced. 粉粉 is pink, doubled. |
| Strawberry Acai Lemonade 粉莓柠力生咖 | CN¥34 (~$5.06) Tall / 37 Grande / 40 Venti | The second Refreshers row, iced, same price. |
The espresso core, with photos
These eight have product photos because the older catalog has a page for each. 馥芮白 is how Starbucks China writes flat white, and the board marks the name as a registered trademark. At CN¥35 (~$5.21) Tall it is the second most expensive coffee row. The ladder under it runs Caffè Americano CN¥27 (~$4.02), Caffè Latte and Cappuccino CN¥30 (~$4.47), the flavored lattes and Caffè Mocha CN¥33 (~$4.91), Cold Brew CN¥34 (~$5.06). The Classic Coffee block is headed hot and iced.
Caramel Macchiato, plain espresso and brewed coffee have no row on any board, though the older catalog has pages for the first two. A missing row means Starbucks China publishes no price for the drink. It does not tell you whether stores still make it.

Frappuccino is 星冰乐, from 26 yuan
星冰乐 is the Chinese name for Frappuccino: 星 is the star from 星巴克, 冰 is ice and 乐 is joy. The board under the New Summer Offer headline lists ten, from CN¥26 (~$3.87) Tall for Mango Passion Fruit and Vanilla up to CN¥33 (~$4.91) for Mocha Java Chip. Two rows worth a look: 桃桃果冻星冰乐, a peach jelly Frappuccino that the English line shortens to White Peach, and a Matcha Java Chip at CN¥32 (~$4.76). The board’s English column drops the word Frappuccino from every row, so Matcha on the board means 抹茶星冰乐, the Matcha Frappuccino.

Tea from 23 yuan: 冰摇茶 and tea lattes
The third board’s headline is 心动价23起 快乐到手, roughly tempting prices from 23, happiness in hand. The 23 is the Tall price of two iced shaken teas, Lemon and Blackcurrant Raspberry, the cheapest drinks Starbucks China publishes. 冰摇茶 is iced shaken tea, which the board abbreviates to IST, and both tea blocks carry the Teavana name, which the catalog writes as 茶瓦纳. Peach Oolong, 冰摇桃桃乌龙茶, costs 6 yuan more at CN¥29 (~$4.32) Tall. The catalog page for it describes pressed peach juice and pieces of white peach in the cup.
The three tea lattes are listed hot or iced: Matcha and Black Tea at CN¥26 (~$3.87) Tall, and a Belgium Dark Chocolate Black Tea Latte (比利时黑巧红茶拿铁) at CN¥29 (~$4.32). The Chinese catalog pages for the Matcha and Black Tea lattes both state 本饮品不含咖啡: this drink contains no coffee.

What the older product catalog still shows
Behind the boards, starbucks.com.cn keeps an older product catalog online: 114 entries with photos, Chinese and English names and, for most, a short description. The menu page used to list them and now hides the list, but the pages load if you have the address. We read every non-merchandise page in both languages. Nothing in this catalog has a price and nothing says whether an item is still sold, so read this section as what Starbucks China has published about these products, with no promise that your store has them. Age is a fair worry: one merchandise category is labeled 2017, and the Nitro Cold Brew page talks about a 2016 launch.
Food is the part the boards never cover. The catalog has 16 sandwiches, wraps and panini, 14 bakery items, 7 cakes and desserts, 2 yoghurts and 8 entries filed as other food, from cashews to fruit salad. Twelve of those 47 carry the line 仅江浙沪门店, which the English pages give as exclusive in Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang, so even in the catalog’s day they were regional.
A few entries say something about China in particular. The South of the Clouds Blend page says it was first released in 2009 as the first Starbucks blend to include coffee beans from China. The Nitro Cold Brew page says the drink’s first launch outside North America was at a Beijing store on October 31, 2016. The Ham & Gouda Sandwich is a 星明治 in Chinese, with the 星 of 星巴克 swapped in for the first character of 三明治, the word for sandwich. The macarons come in caramel macchiato, chestnut latte and matcha latte flavors next to raspberry and vanilla.

FAQ
How much is a latte at Starbucks in China?
A Caffè Latte is CN¥30 (~$4.47) Tall, CN¥33 (~$4.91) Grande and CN¥36 (~$5.36) Venti on Starbucks China’s own price board, checked September 20, 2026. What is the yuanyang drink at Starbucks China?
It is the 红茶咖啡拿铁鸳鸯, which the board’s English line calls Black Tea Caffè Latte. 鸳鸯 (yuanyang) is the Hong Kong cafe name for coffee mixed with milk tea. It is listed hot or iced at CN¥36 (~$5.36) Tall, CN¥39 (~$5.80) Grande and CN¥42 (~$6.25) Venti, the highest prices on any of the three boards.
What cup sizes does Starbucks China use?
Three: 中杯 is Tall at 355 ml, 大杯 is Grande at 473 ml and 超大杯 is Venti at 592 ml. 中杯 translates as medium cup even though it is the smallest of the three. The two Intenso lattes come in a separate 259 ml cup, hot only.

Does Starbucks China publish food prices or calories?
No. The three price boards list drinks only, and none of the menu or product pages we read gives calories. Food appears only in the older product catalog, which lists 47 food items with photos and no prices.
Are the prices on Starbucks China’s website what you pay in the store?
They are the chain’s published prices, and the boards themselves say the price posted in each store is the one that applies. The boards also carry a 2025 copyright line, so treat the figures as the most recent ones Starbucks China has put on its site and check the board in the store before you order. The boards do not cover delivery or app-only offers.
