The short answer

Starbucks Indonesia’s website has 116 menu pages, 46 drinks and 70 foods, and the local part is in the pastry case. The Starbucks Pandan Gula Aren Cake is a sponge filled with pandan and palm sugar, the Starbucks Vanilla Keju Cake has a vanilla custard and cheese filling, and the Srikaya Swirl Danish is filled with the coconut jam Singapore calls kaya. No pork, ham or bacon appears anywhere on the food list. The meats are smoked beef, roast beef, beef sausage, chicken and tuna, and the chain’s company page says all the food and drinks it sells in Indonesia have been through halal certification. The drinks side adds two coffee jelly Frappuccinos and an Asian Dolce Frappuccino to the lattes and cold brew. On September 20, 2026 the homepage was a Pumpkin Spice banner showing an Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte and a Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew. The site publishes no prices and no calories.

Starbucks opened its first Indonesian store at Plaza Indonesia in Jakarta on May 17, 2002, and the chain’s own company page counts more than 500 stores in 59 cities at the end of 2023. The operator is PT Sari Coffee Indonesia, which the same page describes as a subsidiary of PT MAP Boga Adiperkasa Tbk. The website menu is written in English, so there’s no Indonesian-language menu to translate. Indonesian shows up inside the product names instead: gula aren, keju, srikaya.

Starbucks Japan publishes launch dates and yen prices for its seasonal drinks. Starbucks Indonesia’s site does neither. Its menu pages carry no dates and no limited-time labels, and the two Pumpkin Spice drinks on the homepage banner have no menu page at all. Read what follows as the chain’s standing catalogue, and check the pastry case before you count on any one cake being there.

Checked September 20, 2026. Starbucks Indonesia publishes no prices and no calorie figures on its menu pages, and this page doesn’t guess at them. Cup sizes aren’t listed either. Every item below is priced in-store, in rupiah. The site does print rupiah figures in its Starbucks Rewards FAQ, and they’re quoted near the end of this page. Seven food names appear on both the Core Menu and the Reserve Menu with separate pages and photos, so the 116 count includes those repeats.

Gula aren, keju and srikaya: the Indonesian words on the menu

Two cakes on the Core Menu have Starbucks in their names, and both have an Indonesian word in there too. The Starbucks Pandan Gula Aren Cake is described in one line as a sponge cake with a pandan and palm sugar filling. Pandan is the fragrant leaf that turns Southeast Asian sweets green. Gula aren is the dark sugar boiled down from the sap of the aren palm, the same sugar that sweetens es kopi susu gula aren, the iced palm sugar milk coffee sold all over Indonesia. The Starbucks Vanilla Keju Cake is a sponge with a vanilla custard keju filling. Keju is Indonesian for cheese, and cheese on sweet things is ordinary here: it goes on fried bananas and on martabak.

The Srikaya Swirl Danish gets a single line too, a Danish swirl with srikaya filling. Srikaya is the Indonesian name for the jam of coconut milk, eggs and sugar. Singapore and Malaysia call the same jam kaya, and our Starbucks Singapore page covers the Kaya Toast drinks sold there. The Sumatra Chocolate Éclair is choux pastry with what the site calls a Sumatran Chocolate filling, and the description stops there, so it’s unclear whether the name points to chocolate from the island or to the chain’s Sumatra coffee. The Avocado Medley Cake layers avocado creme with chocolate mousse, the same pairing as jus alpukat, the avocado shake streaked with chocolate syrup.

Palm sugar turns up once more on the Reserve Menu, in a cinnamon roll made with croissant dough. That one is further down.

Avocado Medley Cake Avocado Medley Cake A mousse cake of avocado creme and chocolate mousse.

A food case with no pork in it

Search all 70 food names and descriptions and the words pork, ham and bacon never come up. Smoked beef does the heavy lifting: it’s in a toastie, a panini, a baguette, a quiche on each menu and a Reserve croissant. Roast beef fills two Reserve sandwiches, a beef sausage goes inside a croissant, and the breakfast bun uses smoked chicken.

The reason is on the chain’s company page, which is written in Indonesian. It says all food and drinks sold in its Indonesian stores have gone through halal certification by BPJPH, the government’s Halal Product Assurance Agency, and it prints the certificate number: ID00410007748310723. The site’s footer carries a halal logo that links to that statement, and the Pumpkin Spice homepage banner has the Halal Indonesia mark in its corner.

Item What it is
Grilled Smoked Beef and Cheese Decker Grilled Smoked Beef & Cheese Decker A grilled toastie with a beef and cheese filling, cut into triangles in the photo.
Smoked Beef Mushroom and Cheese Panini Smoked Beef Mushroom & Cheese Panini Pressed sandwich of smoked beef, mushroom and cheese. It has a second page on the Reserve Menu.

Beef Sausage and Cheese Croissant Beef Sausage & Cheese Croissant A butter croissant wrapped around a beef sausage.
All Day B'Fast Bun All Day B’Fast Bun Egg, cheese and smoked chicken in a soft round bun.

Tuna buns, a trio of rolls and mangosteen juice

Tuna is the other filling this menu keeps reaching for. It’s in six items across the two food lists: a Spicy Tuna Bread, a Tuna Puff, a Classic Tuna Toastie, a Tuna Cheese Whole Wheat Panini, one of the three rolls in the Trio Mixed Roll, and a Tuna Black Pepper Sour Dough Bread on the Reserve side. The Spicy Tuna Bread is soft sweet dough around a spicy tuna filling, a sweet and savoury bun format that’s common in Indonesian bakeries.

The Peanut Butter Panini is the one Core Menu sandwich with no meat, fish or egg in its description. The Grab and Go list is short: caramel and chocolate stroopwafels, a banana cake, two kinds of cookie, and bottled juices. The juice page names its four variants in the title: Orange, Apple, Bananamix and Mangosteen. Mangosteen is the purple-skinned fruit Indonesians call manggis. The site doesn’t say what goes into Bananamix.

Item What it is

Tuna Puff Tuna Puff Flaky puff pastry with a savoury tuna filling.

Juices in Orange, Apple, Bananamix and Mangosteen Juices (Orange, Apple, Bananamix, Mangosteen) Bottled juices on the Grab and Go list.

The Reserve food menu

The site splits its food into a Core Menu of 43 pages and a second list it labels Reserve / Coffee Forward Menu, with 27. It doesn’t say which stores carry the second list, though the name points at the Starbucks Reserve stores. The company page puts Reserve stores in nine cities: Bali, Bandung, Bogor, Depok, Jakarta, Medan, Surabaya, Tangerang and Yogyakarta. The site’s Reserve store list names 12 stores in five of those cities and ends with the line that availability may vary per store.

The Reserve list reads more like a French bakery: canele, madeleines, a gluten free almond financier, a French Cherry Tart with no description at all. The local touches are still there. The Cinnamon Rolls are croissant dough with French butter, palm sugar and cinnamon, and the Core Menu’s Cinnamon Roll is a different recipe, a sweet dough with sultanas and a cream cheese style icing. The Green Tea and Ogura Swiss Roll uses ogura, the Japanese sweet red bean paste. The chicken baguette is spelled Bahn Mie on the site.

Item What it is
Cinnamon Rolls from the Reserve Menu Cinnamon Rolls (Reserve Menu) Croissant dough with French butter, palm sugar and cinnamon.
Banana Maltine Eclairs Banana Maltine Eclairs Choux filled with chocolate cream and banana flavour under a chocolate crisp. The site doesn’t explain the Maltine.

Smoked Beef Emmental Croissant Smoked Beef Emmental Croissant A square croissant filled with Emmental cheese and smoked beef.

Frappuccinos: coffee jelly, Asian Dolce and two made with tea

The site lists 17 Frappuccinos across three groups: 11 under Blended Coffee, four under Blended Cream and two under Blended Tea. Two of the coffee ones are built on coffee jelly. The Caramel Coffee Jelly Frappuccino is described as three layers, with the jelly at the bottom, a caramel Frappuccino in the middle and whipped cream with caramel drizzle on top. The Mocha Jelly Frappuccino puts the same jelly under a mocha blend.

The Asian Dolce Frappuccino is double shots of Espresso Roast blended with ice and what the site calls a uniquely developed dolce sauce. It doesn’t say what’s in the sauce. The two Blended Tea drinks have no coffee or milk in their descriptions: Mango Passion is a mango and passionfruit infusion blended with hibiscus tea, and Raspberry Currant is brewed Teavana tea blended with juice and ice.

The rest of the Blended Coffee list is Java Chip, Caramel Java Chip, Dark Mocha, Hazelnut, Caramel, Mocha, Espresso and Coffee. The category intro says the seasonal menu usually features a Frappuccino or two. The site has no seasonal drinks section to check that against.

Mocha Jelly Frappuccino Mocha Jelly Frappuccino Mocha sauce, Frappuccino roast coffee, coffee jelly, milk and ice.

The espresso list, and the Pumpkin Spice banner

Espresso Beverages has 13 pages. Most are the ones you’d expect, from Caffè Latte and Cappuccino to Caramel Macchiato, Caffè Mocha and Flat White, and a few need explaining. The Iced Espresso & Matcha Fusion layers Espresso Roast over matcha and milk, and despite the name its description says you can have it hot or iced. The Cocoa Cappuccino adds bittersweet mocha, a dusting of cocoa powder and a chocolate drizzle on the foam. The Ristretto Bianco gets a description about bold espresso and velvet texture with no recipe in it. One drink is listed simply as Cold Foam: sweetened ice-cold espresso poured through a layer of nonfat milk cold foam.

A couple of the pages don’t match themselves. The Caramel Macchiato description is written for the iced build while the photo is a hot mug, and the Caffè Americano description is prefixed HOT with no iced version on its own page.

The homepage is where the current promotion lives. On September 20, 2026 it was a single banner reading “Welcome to Pumpkin Spice Season”, with the classic Pumpkin Spice Latte topped with whipped cream and a dusting of pumpkin spice blend, and a Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew topped with cold foam that the banner calls something new. The two cups in the picture are captioned Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew and Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte. The banner links to the chain’s Instagram account. Neither drink has a menu page, a product photo, a start date or an end date on the site, so they aren’t in the table below.

Item What it is
Iced Espresso and Matcha Fusion Iced Espresso & Matcha Fusion Espresso Roast, matcha powder and milk in layers. Hot or iced, per the description.
Cocoa Cappuccino Cocoa Cappuccino A cappuccino with bittersweet mocha, cocoa powder and chocolate drizzle.
Ristretto Bianco Ristretto Bianco Bold espresso and a velvet texture, in the site’s words. No recipe given.

Cold Foam Cold Foam Sweetened ice-cold espresso poured through nonfat milk cold foam.
Caramel Macchiato Caramel Macchiato Espresso, vanilla syrup, milk and caramel sauce.
Caffè Latte Caffè Latte Espresso in steamed milk, lightly topped with foam.
Caffè Americano Caffè Americano Espresso with hot water.
Flat White Flat White Steamed milk over a double shot, finished with a thin layer of microfoam.

Cold brew, tea and chocolate

Brewed Coffee is four pages: Freshly Brewed Coffee, Misto, Cold Brew and Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew. The sweet cream version is described as cold brew topped with a float of house-made vanilla sweet cream, but its page reuses the plain Cold Brew photo, so it’s listed below without a picture.

Tea is split in two. Brewed Tea holds six Teavana hot teas (Chamomile, Chai, Citrus Mint, Mint Blend, Earl Grey and English Breakfast) plus an Iced Shaken Lemonade Tea. Tea Latte has four: Black Tea, Earl Grey, Chai and Green Tea, the last one made with lightly sweetened matcha. Signature Chocolate is the only drink under the site’s Milk & Chocolate heading.

Item What it is
Cold Brew Cold Brew Slow-steeped in small batches, made with a Cold Brew Blend.
