Starbucks Hong Kong’s current headliner is a roasted macadamia and oat milk range: an iced shaken espresso, a Coffee Frappuccino and a Cream Frappuccino, which the homepage bills as the opening of the season. The local character is in the food case. There’s a chicken fritter and cheese sandwich built on a pineapple bun (菠蘿包), a Hong Kong-style egg tart in a chocolate crust, and a curry beef puff. The Chinese menu is written for Cantonese readers, so latte is 鮮奶咖啡 (fresh milk coffee) and cappuccino is 泡沫咖啡 (foam coffee). What the site won’t give you is a number. It shows no prices, cup sizes in ounces or calories, so this page doesn’t quote any.

Two things make this board read differently from a Starbucks menu you already know. The first is the bakery. Starbucks Hong Kong takes items from the city’s own bakeries and cha chaan tengs and reworks them, so a pineapple bun becomes a sandwich and an egg tart gets a chocolate shell. The second is the language. The site runs in English and Traditional Chinese, and the Chinese side uses Cantonese loanwords all the way down, from 朱古力 for chocolate to 士干餅 for scone. Names below are in English first, as the site gives them, then in Chinese exactly as the site prints them.
For another Starbucks market on this site, see Starbucks Japan. For the fast-food side of the same city, see McDonald’s Hong Kong. Checked against Starbucks Hong Kong’s own menu pages; images © Starbucks Hong Kong.
Checked September 20, 2026. The site has two layers, and this page uses both. The Drinks and Food menu pages are a short browsable list, 19 drinks and 41 food items that day, each with a photo and some with a description. Behind them is the Mobile Order & Pay catalogue. It has no index you can browse on the web, but its product pages are public, and the homepage’s Recommended row links straight into it. We read the newest stretch of that catalogue, product numbers 3700 to 3822. Nothing on either layer shows a price, a calorie count, or a launch or end date. Seven items on the menu pages link to product pages that returned a 404, and we say so where it matters. The site’s Featured page still points at 2025 summer campaigns, so we didn’t use it. The homepage also says the mobile app will be updated on October 6. Mooncake gift sets and vouchers are sold through a separate online store, which is retail and outside the scope of this page.
The autumn range: roasted macadamia and oat milk
The homepage banner reads Roasted. Nutty. Layered. and describes a new line-up that opens the season on a nutty note. The campaign page behind it covers two drinks.
The Roasted Macadamia Oatmilk Iced Shaken Espresso is Signature Espresso, roasted macadamia and oat milk, shaken by hand with ice and finished with candied macadamia. The page says it’s available iced only. The Frappuccino comes two ways, Coffee and Cream, and the page gives one description for both: macadamia and oat milk blended into an icy base, swirls of roasted macadamia syrup, whipped cream and candied macadamia on top. Both Frappuccino photos carry a Less Sweet Option badge.
All three are in the Mobile Order catalogue in three cup sizes. The shaken espresso also has a Starbucks Reserve version there (Starbucks Reserve 烘烤夏威夷果仁燕麥奶冰搖咖啡), and that’s the version in the homepage’s Recommended row. One oddity: the Chinese version of the campaign page mixes in a paragraph about roasted walnut syrup and honey walnuts, which matches neither the English page nor the drink names. We’ve gone with the English description. The site shows no price and no end date for any of these.

Hong Kong’s bakery, reworked: pineapple bun, egg tart, curry puff
A pineapple bun (菠蘿包, bo lo bao) has no pineapple in it. It’s a soft sweet bun under a crackled sugar crust that looks a bit like pineapple skin, and Hong Kong eats it at breakfast and at tea. Starbucks Hong Kong’s Chicken Fritter & Cheese Pineapple Bun splits one and fills it with a baked chicken fritter and melted cheese. The site’s own copy calls it a savory twist on the Hong Kong style pineapple bun and makes a point of the crumbly butter crust. It’s filed under Sandwiches.
The Chocolate Egg Tart does the same thing to the Hong Kong-style egg tart. The site describes a rich egg flavour against a crispy chocolate paste, and the photo shows yellow custard in a dark chocolate shell. Next to it in the Cakes & Desserts list is a Hazelnut Coffee Roll (榛子咖啡卷). The two photos share a file tag that reads hk_classics, which is as close as the site comes to naming the pair. The roll’s product page returned a 404, so its listing and photo are all there is.
From the Bakery list (烤焗酥點), the Curry Beef Puff is a curry beef filling in flaky puff pastry, the kind of pastry you’ll also find in Hong Kong’s neighbourhood bakeries. The Cheese Sausage Rex Milano Bread Stick wraps a cheese sausage in a herbed bread twist. A Sausage Roll (香酥肉卷) is on the same list, flaky pastry around a minced pork filling according to the site, but its photo link was dead when we checked, so it’s here in words only.

Black sesame with tofu pudding, and other ranges still in Mobile Order
Read this section with its caveat attached. Every drink here had a live product page in the Mobile Order catalogue on September 20, 2026. None of them is on the homepage, most of their photo files are tagged summer1 or summer3, and the site puts no end date on anything. A live page doesn’t prove a drink is still being made, so check the app or ask at the counter before you plan around one.
With that said, this is where the menu leans hardest into local flavours. The Black Sesame Latte comes with tofu pudding, 豆腐花 (dau fu fa), the soft soy curd dessert sold hot or cold all over Hong Kong. The catalogue lists it hot and iced, in Starbucks Reserve builds, and as a Coffee Frappuccino and a Cream Frappuccino. The Avocado Cloud Latte comes with aloe vera bits, and the site writes a milk warning into the product name itself. It has the same spread of versions.
The summer3 files are tea and coffee crossovers. Hojicha & Espresso Fusion is filed under Hojicha Teas, hot in four cup sizes and iced in three. Coconut Water with Hojicha Cold Foam has a Pure Matcha Cold Foam twin. The same stretch of the catalogue holds an Espresso Tonic (特濃咖啡湯力), a Strawberry Breeze Lemonade Cold Brew, and Banana Avocado, Banana Chocolate and Banana Raspberry Frappuccinos. None of these pages has a description, so what’s below comes from the names, the Chinese names and the photos.

Reading the Cantonese on the board, with the core coffee list
Hong Kong’s Chinese menu is written for Cantonese speakers, and a lot of it is borrowed English spelled by sound. Every pairing below comes from putting the site’s English and Chinese product names side by side.
| On the board | Reads as | Seen in |
|---|---|---|
| 鮮奶咖啡 | latte, literally fresh milk coffee | 黑芝麻鮮奶咖啡, Black Sesame Latte |

Not everything gets translated. On the drinks side of the Chinese site, Caffè Latte, Nitro, Coffee of the Day, all three Teavana drinks, the Espresso and Vanilla Cream Frappuccinos and the Raspberry Black Currant keep their English names, and so do the drink category headings. For those items the label shown on our item pages is the site’s menu category, since there’s no Chinese name to give.
The coffee list itself is short. Under Coffees the site has Coffee of the Day, a Cold Brew and a Cold Brew with Cold Foam, Nitro, and four espresso drinks. The two cold brews appear only on the Coffees sub-page and are missing from the all-drinks list. Coffee of the Day links to a 404, and Nitro’s photo is a thumbnail too small to reuse, so both are here in words only. A separate Chocolate category holds one drink, Signature Chocolate (經典朱古力), whose page is also a 404. The site’s At Home Coffee section lists 20 items under Whole Bean and 7 under VIA. Those are retail bags and sachets, and they’re not covered here.

Frappuccino, Teavana and Refreshers
On the Drinks page, Frappuccino splits three ways. Coffee Frappuccino has four drinks: Espresso, Java Chip, Mocha and Caramel. Cream Frappuccino has one, the Vanilla Cream. The third group is called Blended Juice Drink, and its only item is a pink Raspberry Black Currant. The Chinese names are useful if you’re reading a Chinese board, because they drop the Italian: Mocha Frappuccino is 朱古力咖啡星冰樂, chocolate coffee Frappuccino, and Java Chip adds 碎, pieces, to the front of it.
Teavana has three sub-groups with one drink each. Pure Matcha Latte is the Tea Latte. Black Tea with Ruby Grapefruit & Honey is the Fruity Tea. The third, under Other Tea, is an Earl Grey that the site describes as black tea with bergamot and lavender, and lists as Full-Leaf Brewed Tea_Earl Grey Tea, spelled exactly like that. Refreshers is a category of one, the Strawberry Acai with Lemonade.

Croissant buns, toasties and the half sandwich
The Sandwiches list has 11 items, the longest on the food page. Two come on what the site calls its signature croissant bun, one with maple ham, Swiss cheese and steamed egg white, one with bacon, egg and cheddar. Three more come on brioche: Avocado & Egg White, Rosemary Chicken with cheese and parsley, and Smoked Salmon and Egg Mayo. Two are sold by the half, and both names say so: (Half) in English and 半份 in Chinese.
Some of this copy has been up for a while. The Tuna, Egg White & Cheddar Rye Bread is still pitched for the middle of a summer day, and the Rosemary Chicken brioche is introduced as a returning favourite from summer. The Bakery list adds a Croque Monsieur that the site makes with mascarpone, and two pies, Chicken & Mushroom and Spinach & Broccoli Cheese. There are two wraps, a Chicken Caesar and an Egg White, Cheddar and Spinach.

Salads, hot dishes, desserts and the two newest food pages
The menu page has three salads, and two of them come with a soft-boiled egg (溏心蛋): a Slow Cooked Chicken Caesar, and a Smoked Salmon with Potato Salad whose Chinese name adds the egg that the English one leaves out. The third is a soba noodle salad with teriyaki chicken. Hot Dishes, 焗鍋食品 on the Chinese side, lists a Lasagna Beef Bolognese, a Butternut Squash Kale Rigatoni, a Triple Cheese Cauliflower “Mac” and a Creamy Tuna Pasta. Only the lasagna’s product page loads. The other three returned a 404, and so did the Chocolate Marquise in the dessert list.
The other desserts that do load are a Blueberry Cheesecake and a Lemon Tart. The Yogurt list has a Blueberry Yogurt Cup that appears twice (once spelled Yougurt), a Greek Style Yogurt with Mixed Berries, and a Vegan Chia Seed & Mango Oat Milk Parfait, made with what the site calls 100% vegan oat milk.
Going by product number, the two newest food pages in the Mobile Order catalogue are a Spinach Egg Chicken Cup and an American Blueberry Scone. Their product numbers sit in the same run as the autumn macadamia drinks. Neither appears on the browsable Food page, and neither has a description yet.

FAQ
Does Starbucks Hong Kong publish prices on its website?
No. As of September 20, 2026, starbucks.com.hk shows no price for any drink or food item, on the menu pages or on the Mobile Order product pages. It doesn’t publish calories or cup sizes in ounces either. For a price you need the Starbucks Hong Kong app or the board in the store, and this page doesn’t estimate one.
What is on Starbucks Hong Kong’s seasonal menu right now?
The roasted macadamia and oat milk range: an Iced Shaken Espresso, a Coffee Frappuccino and a Cream Frappuccino. They lead the homepage and its Recommended row as of September 20, 2026, and the shaken espresso also comes in a Starbucks Reserve version. The site gives no launch date and no end date.
What is the pineapple bun sandwich at Starbucks Hong Kong?
It’s the Chicken Fritter & Cheese Pineapple Bun (雞肉餅芝士菠蘿包), a pineapple bun filled with a baked chicken fritter and melted cheese. The site calls it a savory twist on the Hong Kong style pineapple bun. A pineapple bun contains no pineapple; the name comes from the crackled sugar crust on top.
Does Starbucks Hong Kong sell egg tarts?
The site lists one, a Chocolate Egg Tart, under Cakes & Desserts. Its page describes a twist on the Hong Kong-style egg tart, with a rich egg flavour against a crispy chocolate paste. The Chinese version of that page still shows another cake’s name, so we can’t give you a reliable Chinese name for it.
What does 鮮奶咖啡 mean on a Starbucks Hong Kong menu?
鮮奶咖啡 is latte, literally fresh milk coffee. Starbucks Hong Kong uses it in names like 黑芝麻鮮奶咖啡, Black Sesame Latte. Other words worth knowing: 泡沫咖啡 is cappuccino, 焦糖咖啡 is Caramel Macchiato, 星冰樂 is Frappuccino, 星冰爽 is Refreshers, 凍 in front of a name means iced, and 朱古力 is chocolate.
Can you still get the Black Sesame Latte with Tofu Pudding?
We can’t confirm it. Its product pages were live in the Mobile Order catalogue on September 20, 2026, in hot, iced, Reserve and Frappuccino versions. But the homepage doesn’t feature it, the photo files are tagged summer1, and the site never posts end dates. Check the app before you make the trip for one.
Does Starbucks Hong Kong have oat milk drinks?
Yes. All three drinks in the current macadamia range are made with oat milk, and the standing menu page lists an Oat Latte Macchiato (特濃咖啡燕麥奶). The food case has a Vegan Chia Seed & Mango Oat Milk Parfait. The site doesn’t say what swapping milk in another drink costs.
Is the menu on Starbucks Hong Kong’s website the full menu?
No. The browsable Drinks and Food pages held 19 drinks and 41 food items on September 20, 2026, and seven of those link to dead product pages. The Mobile Order catalogue behind the site lists far more, including Starbucks Reserve versions and every cup size as a separate product, but it has no public index. Treat the website as a sample of the board and the app as the working menu.
