A Starbucks standard with no row on any of the three price boards. The Chinese product page explains that macchiato is Italian for marked, and describes steamed milk and flavored syrup with espresso poured in last. This comes from the older product catalog that Starbucks China's site still serves but no longer links from its menu page. It is not on the price boards, and the site does not say whether stores still sell it.
