The short answer

Starbucks Singapore’s menu has a kopitiam streak. Kopi Siew Dai, the coffee-shop order for kopi with less sugar, is on the board hot and iced, made with 100% Arabica. Four Kaya Toast drinks (two lattes and two Frappuccinos) come topped with toasted buttery croutons, and the Yuan Yang Coffee Frappuccino is the one drink the site itself calls a Singapore exclusive. The food case follows with a Nonya Curry Chicken Prata Pie, an XL Chicken Char Siew Puff, a Kueh Salat Cheesecake and a Cempedak Tart. Autumn 2026 is Pumpkin Spice from September 9 and a Roasted Macadamia series dated from September 21, with a Beef Rendang Shepherd’s Pie and a Milo Crunch Cake beside them. No drink prices are published online. The only prices on the menu pages are mooncakes at S$6.90 (~$5.40) each, S$69.90 (~$55) for the box of eight, and breakfast sets from S$8 (~$6.27). Checked September 20, 2026.

Two words on Starbucks Singapore’s menu pages tell you where you are. “Siew dai” is what you say at a kopitiam when you want your kopi less sweet, and “shiok” is Singlish for deeply satisfying. Both are printed on the chain’s own site, the first as a drink name and the second as the label for a whole list of local food. Starbucks Japan runs on seasonal drops that sell out in weeks. Singapore gets the seasonal drinks too, and then adds a second layer on top: the local breakfast of kopi and kaya toast, turned into lattes, Frappuccinos, a cake and a croissant. If you’re comparing chains, the McDonald’s Singapore page covers the other big board in town.

Checked September 20, 2026. Starbucks Singapore publishes no prices online for its drinks or its regular food, and this page doesn’t guess at them. The exceptions are the Mid-Autumn mooncakes and the breakfast sets, and those prices are quoted below in Singapore dollars. What the site does publish is a nutrition table on almost every drink page, stated per 100 mL at default preparation before ice is added. That habit comes from Nutri-Grade, Singapore’s A to D labelling scheme for drinks. The energy figures in the tables below are those per-100 mL numbers, so a full cup is several times the figure shown. A few of the newest drink pages print the energy number with no unit. The protein, fat and carbohydrate figures on those same tables only add up in kcal, so that’s how they’re shown here.

Kopi Siew Dai, a kopitiam order on a Starbucks menu

At a Singapore kopitiam, kopi is coffee with condensed milk, and adding “siew dai” to the order gets you less of the sweet stuff. Starbucks Singapore sells a drink under exactly that name, hot and iced. Its campaign page describes a Starbucks take on local kopi made with 100% Arabica coffee, full-bodied and less sweet. Traditional kopi is usually brewed from robusta beans roasted with sugar and margarine, which is where its heavy, caramelised taste comes from.

Kopi Siew Dai exists only on its campaign page. It has no product page, so the site publishes no nutrition table for it, and there’s no launch date or limited-time label on it either. The photo of the hot version carries a Nutri-Grade B mark at 4% sugar.

Item What it is
Kopi Siew Dai Kopi Siew Dai Kopi, less sweet: the kopitiam order, made here with 100% Arabica coffee and served hot.
Iced Kopi Siew Dai Iced Kopi Siew Dai The same drink over ice. The site describes it as full-bodied and less sweet.

Kaya toast in a cup, and the Yuan Yang Frappuccino

Kaya is a jam of coconut milk, eggs and sugar, usually scented with pandan. Spread on toast with a slab of cold butter and served next to a cup of kopi, it’s the standard Singapore breakfast. Starbucks Singapore has turned that plate into four drinks under the menu label “Kaya Toast, So Shiok”: a hot latte, an iced latte, a coffee Frappuccino and a cream Frappuccino. All four are finished with toasted buttery croutons, which is how the toast gets into the cup. The campaign page’s address on the site still reads shiok-ah-ccino. The site says the Kaya Toast Lattes are available for a limited time and gives no end date.

Yuan yang is coffee mixed with tea, a standard order at kopitiams and Hong Kong-style cafes. The Starbucks version is blended: coffee, hojicha, milk and chocolate chips under whipped cream. Its product page says the drink is now a Singapore exclusive, sold islandwide, and it’s the only item on the whole menu that the site labels that way.

Item Energy per 100 mL What it is
Iced Kaya Toast Latte Iced Kaya Toast Latte 91 kcal Espresso, milk and kaya flavour over ice, with toasted buttery croutons on top.
Kaya Toast Latte Kaya Toast Latte 90 kcal The hot build: espresso, steamed milk, kaya flavour and the crouton topping.
Kaya Toast Coffee Frappuccino Kaya Toast Coffee Frappuccino 76 kcal Frappuccino Roast blended with milk and kaya flavour.
Kaya Toast Cream Frappuccino Kaya Toast Cream Frappuccino 76 kcal Kaya flavour blended with milk. The description lists no coffee.
Yuan Yang Coffee Frappuccino Yuan Yang Coffee Frappuccino 79 kcal Coffee, hojicha, milk and chocolate chips under whipped cream. Labelled a Singapore exclusive on its own page.

The shiok food list: prata pie, char siew puff, kueh salat

The food page headed “Local Flavors, Starbucks Style” has seven items, and the site’s own word for them is shiok. The Nonya Curry Chicken Prata Pie puts curry chicken in a pie crust with a flaky prata on top, and the site’s copy says it’s back, so this isn’t its first run. The XL Chicken Char Siew Puff borrows the idea of the dim sum char siew bun and moves it into puff pastry. Char siew is normally pork. Here it’s chicken, and the same goes for the ham: every ham on Starbucks Singapore’s food list is chicken ham or turkey ham.

The sweets go Peranakan. Kueh salat is the two-layer Nyonya kueh of pressed glutinous rice under pandan custard, and the cheesecake version keeps the coconut and pandan. Cempedak is jackfruit’s stronger-smelling relative, and the tart fills a butter shell with both fruits. A Kaya Pistachio Cake layers pistachio sponge with pandan kaya. The last two are mini croissants, one with kaya and a slab of cold butter, the other with peanut butter. None of the seven has a price on the site. When we checked, the page was linked from the Food page’s banner but not from the food sidebar, and only the two mini croissants also appear in the regular Bakery list, so look in the case before you count on the other five.

Item What it is
Nonya Curry Chicken Prata Pie Nonya Curry Chicken Prata Pie Curry chicken in a pie crust with a crispy, flaky prata on top. The site says it’s back.
XL Chicken Char Siew Puff XL Chicken Char Siew Puff The dim sum char siew bun reworked as a puff pastry, with chicken in place of pork.
Kueh Salat Cheesecake Kueh Salat Cheesecake Cheesecake with the coconut and pandan of the Nyonya kueh.
Cempedak Tart Cempedak Tart A crisp butter shell filled with cempedak and jackfruit.
Kaya Pistachio Cake Kaya Pistachio Cake Pistachio cake layers, each under a thick layer of pandan kaya.
Mini Kaya Butter Croissant Mini Kaya Butter Croissant Pandan kaya and a thick slab of cold butter in a small croissant.

Autumn 2026: Pumpkin Spice, Roasted Macadamia and a rendang pie

Pumpkin Spice came back on September 9, 2026, for a limited time. The range is wider than the one latte: hot and iced Pumpkin Spice Latte, an Oatmilk Iced Shaken Latte, a Coffee Frappuccino, a Cream Cold Brew, and a Cream Nitro Cold Brew that the site marks selected stores only.

The Roasted Macadamia series is dated from September 21, 2026, so when we checked on September 20 it was on the menu but a day short of launch. It’s three drinks, all topped with candied macadamia: a cold foam iced Americano, an oatmilk iced shaken latte and an oatmilk Frappuccino. The Frappuccino’s own page says September 22 where the series page says September 21. The two pages disagree, so if you’re going on the 21st for the Frappuccino, check the app first.

Autumn food arrived on September 9 with five items, and it leans more local than the drinks do: Beef Rendang Shepherd’s Pie, Black Pepper Chicken Pie, Milo Crunch Cake, Taro Salted Egg Tart and a Salted Caramel Speculoos Cheesecake. One oddity is that the Autumn Bites page prints descriptions but no names, so the names here are read off the official product artwork, and they match each item’s own product page on the site. That artwork also carries a Singapore 30 years badge; Starbucks opened its first Singapore store in 1996. The site says the autumn food is sold in stores, on Mobile Order & Pay and through GrabFood and Foodpanda.

Mooncakes, the one place the site prints item prices

Mid-Autumn Festival falls on September 25 in 2026, and Starbucks Singapore has had baked mooncakes in all stores since July 22. There are six flavours at S$6.90 (~$5.40) each: Lotus Paste with Egg Yolk, Osmanthus Oolong, Oolong Yuzu, Pandan Osmanthus, Black Sesame Egg Yolk and Caramel Coffee Macadamia. The Assorted Mooncake Gift Box holds eight of them (two lotus, two osmanthus oolong, one each of the other four) and comes with a matching carrier bag for S$69.90 (~$55).

Aerocano and the ten iced Americanos

Count the plain one and Singapore’s menu has ten drinks built on the iced Americano. The Aerocano is the showpiece: Starbucks Blonde espresso air-whipped by the barista into a fine microfoam, so pale foam cascades down over dark espresso while you watch. At 4 kcal per 100 mL it’s one kcal above the plain Iced Americano. The Yuzu Aerocano adds citrus and lands at 39.

The Sparkling Americanos, dated from July 27, 2026, put espresso over tonic water with either yuzu or strawberry chunks. A Cold Foam Americano trio tops the drink with hojicha, caramel or hazelnut foam, and the new Roasted Macadamia one above is the fourth in that line. A Frozen Strawberry Americano combines espresso with blended strawberry chunks, a splash of lemonade and a drizzle of strawberry sauce.

Item Energy per 100 mL What it is
Aerocano Aerocano 4 kcal Air-whipped Blonde espresso over ice, with a foam that cascades through the cup.
Yuzu Aerocano Yuzu Aerocano 39 kcal The Aerocano with a yuzu twist.

Hojicha in seven drinks, and the mangosteen Refreshers

Our Starbucks Japan page treats hojicha as a Japanese regular. Singapore’s board has it in seven drinks: a tea latte hot and iced, a Hojicha Tea Crème Frappuccino, the cold foam Americano, the Yuan Yang Frappuccino, and two newer ones that use hojicha-flavoured cold foam over something unexpected. Iced Coconut Hojicha floats the foam on coconut water. Iced Strawberry Hojicha Latte floats it on strawberry and low-fat milk. The matcha side has an Iced Pistachio Oatmilk Matcha Latte, an Iced Strawberry Matcha Latte and a Dirty Matcha, which is matcha with espresso.

The Refreshers Alert page adds an Apple Mangosteen range that isn’t in the main Starbucks Refreshers category: Apple Mangosteen with Glitter Pop Lemonade, a Purple Ruby Pop Drink made with coconut milk, and a frozen version of each. Three of the four descriptions name mangosteen-flavoured bubble pops, the Purple Ruby Pop Drink’s says glitter pops, and all four are marked limited time. They have no product pages, so no nutrition tables.

Item Energy per 100 mL What it is
Iced Coconut Hojicha Iced Coconut Hojicha 47 kcal Coconut water under hojicha-flavoured cold foam.
Iced Strawberry Hojicha Latte Iced Strawberry Hojicha Latte 122 kcal Strawberry and low-fat milk under the same hojicha foam.

Less sweet is a menu category

Singapore’s Health Promotion Board grades drinks from A to D under Nutri-Grade, on sugar and saturated fat, and Starbucks Singapore says its handcrafted drinks carry the mark. You can see it on the product photos, and you can see its effect on the menu itself. There’s a Better Options category of 18 drinks, from an Iced Americano at 3 kcal per 100 mL to low-fat lattes and the full-leaf teas. Several drinks have (Less Sweet) written into their official names, such as the Salted Caramel Oatmilk Iced Shaken Latte (Less Sweet). A Sweet As You Like option lets you pick Not Sweet, Less Sweet or Regular with vanilla, caramel, hazelnut or salted caramel, and the classic Frappuccinos come in less sweet or regular versions. Milk runs to regular, low-fat, breve, soy, coconut, almond and oat.

The Double Strength range is the espresso list’s small-cup option: two shots in an 8oz cup, in four versions. Its campaign page says available in all stores. Each drink’s own page says selected stores only, so treat it as not guaranteed at your branch.

Item Energy per 100 mL What it is
Double Strength Caffe Latte Double Strength Caffe Latte 58 kcal Two espresso shots and steamed whole milk in an 8oz cup.
Caffe Latte Caffe Latte 61 kcal Espresso, steamed milk and a light layer of foam. The low-fat version is 44.

Breakfast sets until 11:30am, and the rest of the food case

Breakfast sets pair a food item with a Tall freshly brewed coffee, start from S$8 (~$6.27) a set and run until 11:30am daily. The site doesn’t say which set costs S$8 (~$6.27). Four of them are listed under 500 calories with the coffee included: the Chicken Ham & Cheese Egg Crepe Wrap Set at 439, the Scrambled Egg & Cheese Brioche Sandwich Set at 409, the Rosemary Chicken & Emmental Cheese Croissant Set at 400 and the Egg White, Roasted Pepper, Mushroom & Cheddar Wrap Set at 387. The heavier sets are an Egg Mayo & Cheese Multigrain Croissant, a Chicken Ham & Cheese Panwich (pancakes as the bread) and a Wafflewich.

The standing food case is sandwiches, wraps, a bakery list of croissants, bagels and muffins, a Deep Dish Beef Pie, a Country Chicken Pie and a Spinach & Mushroom Quiche. Most food pages publish per-serving calories: 549 kcal for a 134 g slice of Signature Chocolate Cake, 548 kcal for a 149 g slice of Cookie Crumble Cheesecake and 526 kcal for the 200 g Panwich.

Yes. As of September 20, 2026 the menu lists a Kaya Toast Latte, an Iced Kaya Toast Latte, a Kaya Toast Coffee Frappuccino and a Kaya Toast Cream Frappuccino, all topped with toasted buttery croutons. The site says they’re available for a limited time and doesn’t give an end date.

What is Kopi Siew Dai at Starbucks?

Kopi Siew Dai is Starbucks Singapore’s version of the kopitiam order for coffee with condensed milk, less sweet. The site describes it as made with 100% Arabica coffee, full-bodied and less sweet, and sells it hot and iced. It has no product page, so no nutrition figures are published for it.

Which drinks are exclusive to Starbucks Singapore?

The only drink the site itself labels a Singapore exclusive is the Yuan Yang Coffee Frappuccino, a blend of coffee, hojicha, milk and chocolate chips. Kopi Siew Dai and the Kaya Toast drinks are built on Singapore flavours, but the site doesn’t use the word exclusive for them, so this page doesn’t either.

Is the Pumpkin Spice Latte available in Singapore?

Yes, from September 9, 2026, for a limited time. The range has a hot and an iced Pumpkin Spice Latte, an Oatmilk Iced Shaken Latte, a Coffee Frappuccino, a Cream Cold Brew and a Cream Nitro Cold Brew at selected stores. No end date is published.

How much are Starbucks Singapore’s mooncakes?

Single baked mooncakes are S$6.90 (~$5.40) each and the Assorted Mooncake Gift Box of eight is S$69.90 (~$55), per the site on September 20, 2026. The six flavours are Lotus Paste with Egg Yolk, Osmanthus Oolong, Oolong Yuzu, Pandan Osmanthus, Black Sesame Egg Yolk and Caramel Coffee Macadamia, in all stores since July 22, 2026.

Does Starbucks Singapore publish its drink prices?

No. The website lists no prices for drinks or regular food, and the only prices its menu pages print are the mooncake prices and breakfast sets starting from S$8 (~$6.27). For everything else, check the menu board in the store or the Starbucks Singapore app.

What is an Aerocano?

An Aerocano is an iced Americano made with Starbucks Blonde espresso that the barista air-whips into a fine microfoam, so the foam cascades through the cup. Starbucks Singapore also sells a Yuzu Aerocano. The site’s tables put them at 4 and 39 kcal per 100 mL.

What does the Nutri-Grade mark on a Starbucks Singapore drink mean?

Nutri-Grade is the Health Promotion Board’s A to D grade for drinks, based on sugar and saturated fat, with A the lowest. Starbucks Singapore says its handcrafted drinks carry the mark, and its nutrition tables are stated per 100 mL at default preparation, before ice is added.
