The Chinese name swaps the first character of 三明治 (sandwich) for 星, the star in 星巴克, to make 星明治. The product page mentions Gouda cheese and a long fermentation. This comes from the older product catalog that Starbucks China's site still serves but no longer links from its menu page. It is not on the price boards, and the site does not say whether stores still sell it.
