Starbucks Mexico’s own site shows where the menu turns local. In the cup it’s Chocolate Mexicano, hot chocolate with cinnamon, sold hot and as a Frappuccino, plus a Cajeta Cream Frappuccino named for cajeta, the Mexican goat’s milk caramel. The food case goes further: an Envuelto Poblano pastry filled with poblano strips, corn and chicken, a bagel spread with guacamole, a turkey sandwich with panela cheese, and pan de elote, the sweet corn cake. Chiapas is one of seven whole bean coffees on the site. The homepage was running a Pumpkin Spice banner on September 20, 2026, and a MX$99 (~$5.75) Dupla pairs an Alto drink with a food item until December 31, 2026. The site publishes no menu prices. It does publish calories for nearly everything, and those figures are quoted below.

Most drink names on Starbucks Mexico’s menu are English ones you already know, with a Spanish word attached here and there: Vainilla, Helado, con Limonada. Most food names are Spanish, and the food case is where the menu reads most like Mexico. It sells pan de elote and pan de queso, the sandwich list uses panela cheese and a chipotle dressing, and the Envuelto Poblano is filled with rajas and corn. In the cup the local layer is thinner but easy to spot: two Chocolate Mexicano drinks and a Frappuccino made with cajeta.
The site is Spanish only, so the English glosses here are ours. Names are printed the way starbucks.com.mx spells them, without the trademark symbols. For the fast-food side of the same country, see McDonald’s Mexico. For a Starbucks market that runs on seasonal drops, see Starbucks Japan. Checked against Starbucks Mexico’s own menu; images © Starbucks Mexico.
Checked September 20, 2026. There are no peso prices in the tables because Starbucks Mexico doesn’t publish menu prices on its website. The only peso prices we found on the site sit in its promo terms pages, which say prices are in MXN and include IVA, and those are quoted in the promotions section with their dates. Calories are the site’s own. Drinks carry a line of kcal per size, and we quote the Alto. Food pages give kcal and grams for the piece or pack, most of them with a full ingredient list and an allergen line. Sizes are Corto, Alto, Grande and Venti, and the promo terms put Alto at 300 ml, Grande at 400 ml and Venti at 500 ml. Three caveats. The site prints identical calorie lines on different drinks (four Frappuccinos at 310, 410 and 510 kcal, for one), so wherever a line is repeated on another drink we’ve left the figure out of the table and said so. The tea category page listed no products at all when we checked. And ten listed drinks have no description, while 15 food items carry an energy line and nothing else, so for those we describe what the name and photo show and stop there.
Chocolate Mexicano and cajeta, the local flavours in the cup
Starbucks Mexico lists two hot chocolates. Chocolate Caliente is the standard one, made with chocolate sauce, vanilla and whipped cream. Chocolate Mexicano gets a different description: the traditional flavours of cacao, with touches of cinnamon, mixed with milk. The two make up the whole of the Alternativas al Café (coffee alternatives) group. Chocolate Mexicano also has a blended twin under Frappuccino Crema, the Chocolate Mexicano Frappuccino, which has a photo and a calorie line but no description.
Cajeta is Mexico’s caramel, traditionally made by cooking down goat’s milk with sugar, and the Cajeta Cream Frappuccino is the one drink on the site named for it. The description is a single line about the caramelised flavour of cajeta meeting ice and milk. On the site’s numbers it has the lowest calorie line on the Crema list at every size.

Poblano, panela, guacamole and elote in the food case
The savoury group is called Para disfrutar a cualquier hora (to enjoy at any hour), and it holds 12 items. Most come with a full ingredient list, which is how we know what’s in them. The Envuelto Poblano is a pastry parcel. Inside are cream cheese, rajas poblanas (strips of poblano chile), onion, corn kernels and chicken, and the crust is finished with parmesan, breadcrumbs and paprika. The Bagel con Guacamole y Queso Crema lists its guacamole as avocado pulp, tomato, onion, jalapeño, lime juice, salt and cilantro. The Sándwich de Pavo y Panela uses queso panela, a fresh white Mexican cheese, on multigrain bread with amaranth in it. The Baguette Clásica and Baguette Española share a dressing made with chipotle chile.
On the sweet side, pan de elote is the sweet corn cake sold in Mexican bakeries, and pan de queso is a cassava starch cheese bread made with parmesan and cotija. The site gives pan de elote no ingredient list, so our description stops at the name and the photo.

Chiapas in a 250 g bag
The whole bean list, Café en grano, has seven coffees: Pike Place, Espresso Roast, Verona, Sumatra, Kenya, Colombia and Chiapas. Six show a net content of 250 g, and the Verona entry shows none. Chiapas is the Mexican one. The site says it comes from the mountainous part of the state, calls it a balanced bean at a medium roast, and lists citrus, floral and nutty notes next to chocolate, almond and candied orange. Its bag is the cover image for the whole category.

What’s being promoted now: a pumpkin banner and the Dupla
The homepage carried a banner headed ¡HOLA PUMPKIN! on September 20, 2026. Its text says autumn goes better with your favourite Pumpkin Spice (“¡El otoño va mejor con tu Pumpkin Spice favorito!”) and tells you to come and get yours. That’s all the site says. The banner links nowhere, there’s no pumpkin drink in the online menu, and we found no product page, calorie line or start and end dates, so this page can’t tell you which pumpkin drinks are on the board or for how long. Ask in store.
The offers that do carry dates are in the site’s terms pages. The Dupla is an Alto (300 ml) drink plus a participating food item for MX$99 (~$5.75), valid May 25 to December 31, 2026. The drinks are the Espresso Americano hot or iced, the Latte hot or iced, and the Cappuccino. The foods are the Sándwich de Pavo y Panela, the Croissant de Mantequilla con Pechuga y Queso and the Baguette Clásica. Modifiers cost extra, the terms point you to a list of participating stores, and the offer doesn’t apply through the delivery apps or at Reserve bar stores.
A second offer gives new Starbucks Rewards members their first Grande (400 ml) drink for MX$49 (~$2.85) over the same dates, with seasonal drinks and Café del día excluded. Buying a mug or tumbler gets you a free handcrafted drink served in it, through January 3, 2027. And on September 21, 2026, Gold members holding the coupon can buy Peanuts merchandise with a Venti drink, the pin set being limited to 3,500 pieces nationally.

The milk drinks are the Latte, Cappuccino, Flat White, Latte Macchiato, Caramel Macchiato, Mocha and Mocha Blanco. Only some go down to a Corto. The Flat White and Latte Macchiato do, while the Latte and Cappuccino start at Alto on the site. The Mocha and Mocha Blanco carry the same calorie line, so neither gets a figure here.

Frappuccino comes in a Café list and a Crema list
There are 14 blended drinks. Five sit under Frappuccino Café: Caramel, Mocha, Mocha Blanco, Café and Espresso. Nine sit under Frappuccino Crema, and that list holds the local ones from the first section, two Frappuccinos made with natural yogurt, and Matcha Cream, Chai Cream, Cookies & Cream, Vainilla Cream and Chocolate Cream. Read the calorie lines with care. Caramel, Mocha Blanco, Vainilla Cream and Chocolate Cream all show 310, 410 and 510 kcal, and the Mocha Frappuccino’s line runs 260, 490, 410, with the Venti below the Grande. We quote a line only where it appears on one drink.

Cold Brew, shaken espresso and Refreshers
Cold Brew has a category to itself with four drinks: plain Cold Brew, which the site says steeps for 20 hours, then Vainilla Cream, Cold Foam and Nitro. Nitro is listed in Alto and Grande only. Under Bebidas Frías, a group called Starbucks Con Hielo (Starbucks with ice) holds the Brown Sugar and Toasted Vainilla shaken espressos and a Cappuccino Helado con Cold Foam, none of them with a description. Refreshers run to seven entries: Mango Dragonfruit and Strawberry Acai, each of them plain, con Limonada and Frozen, plus the Pink Drink. Pitahaya is the Spanish name for dragon fruit, and it’s the word the descriptions use.

Tea: an empty category page
The menu has a Bebidas Base Té (tea-based drinks) category with five sub-categories: Té Latte Caliente, Infusiones con Tés de Hoja Entera, Starbucks Tea, Té Concentrado and Té Helado. On September 20, 2026 every one of them was empty, and the category page listed no products. The product pages behind it were still up, though. The Chai Latte, Matcha Green Tea Latte, English Breakfast and Youthberry pages all loaded, with photos and descriptions. We can’t tell you whether that’s a site fault or a menu change, so read the two tea lattes below as drinks Starbucks Mexico still describes on its site, and check the board in store. The one iced tea that does appear in a listing is the Helado Shaken Lemon Black Tea, filed under Shakens in the cold drinks.

Bakery, cake and boxes to share
The rest of the food is split across Recién horneado (freshly baked), Momentos dulces (sweet moments) and Para compartir (to share). The sharing list is six packs: a dozen mini cronuts, a half dozen chocolate doughnuts, a half dozen turkey and cheese croissants, a whole lemon loaf, a Pan de queso 4x3 and something called Panadería Bis, which the site doesn’t explain. Energy figures on those are for the whole pack, which is why the mini cronut box reads 2,665 kcal. Two details from the ingredient lists: the Panini 3 Quesos includes an ash-coated goat cheese, and the Cheesecake Brulee’s energy figure is printed with a decimal comma, as 600,3 kcal.

FAQ
Does Starbucks Mexico publish its prices online?
No. The menu on starbucks.com.mx shows no prices for any drink or food item as of September 20, 2026. The only peso prices we found on the site are in its promo terms pages: a MX$99 (~$5.75) Dupla (an Alto drink plus a sandwich, croissant or baguette) and a MX$49 (~$2.85) first Grande drink for new Starbucks Rewards members, both dated May 25 to December 31, 2026. Those pages say prices are in MXN and include IVA.
What is Chocolate Mexicano at Starbucks?
Chocolate Mexicano is a hot chocolate that Starbucks Mexico describes as the traditional flavours of cacao with touches of cinnamon, mixed with milk. It comes in Alto, Grande and Venti at 243, 308 and 408 kcal on the site’s numbers, and there’s a Chocolate Mexicano Frappuccino as well at 240 kcal for an Alto.
What is a Cajeta Cream Frappuccino?
It’s cajeta blended with ice and milk, which is the site’s entire description. Cajeta is Mexico’s caramel, traditionally made from goat’s milk. The site files the drink under Frappuccino Crema and lists it at 230 kcal Alto, 270 Grande and 320 Venti.
What’s in the Envuelto Poblano?
The site’s ingredient list gives a filling of cream cheese, rajas poblanas (strips of poblano chile), onion, corn kernels and chicken, inside a wheat pastry finished with egg wash, parmesan, breadcrumbs and paprika. It’s 476 kcal for a 200 g piece, and the allergen line names wheat gluten, dairy and egg.
Does Starbucks Mexico have Pumpkin Spice right now?
A homepage banner says yes, but the online menu doesn’t list a single pumpkin drink. The banner, headed ¡HOLA PUMPKIN!, was live on September 20, 2026, telling customers to come in for their favourite Pumpkin Spice. The banner doesn’t link to a product page and carries no dates, so this page doesn’t name a pumpkin drink.
What sizes does Starbucks Mexico use?
Corto, Alto, Grande and Venti. The site’s promo terms give Alto as 300 ml, Grande as 400 ml and Venti as 500 ml, and they don’t give a volume for Corto. Not every drink comes in every size: the Latte and Cappuccino start at Alto on the site, the Flat White goes down to Corto, and Nitro Cold Brew is listed in Alto and Grande only.
What is the Dupla at Starbucks Mexico?
The Dupla is a drink and food pairing for MX$99 (~$5.75), valid May 25 to December 31, 2026 according to the site’s terms page. You get an Alto Espresso Americano, Latte or Cappuccino (the Americano and Latte can be iced) with a Sándwich de Pavo y Panela, a Croissant de Mantequilla con Pechuga y Queso or a Baguette Clásica. It isn’t valid through delivery apps or at Reserve bar stores.
Does Starbucks Mexico sell Mexican coffee beans?
Yes. Chiapas is one of seven whole bean coffees on the site, in a 250 g bag. Starbucks Mexico describes it as a balanced, medium roast coffee from the mountains of the state, with citrus notes and floral aromas.
