Starbucks UAE’s headline right now is Pumpkin Spice. The chain’s own site announced it in an article dated August 26, 2026, as a range of six drinks: a latte, a caramel macchiato and a pumpkin cream matcha latte, each hot and iced, with a Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino named on the promo page. A Caramelised Banana pair followed on September 17. The standing menu has a dulce de leche family, six Doubleshot drinks, a Freddo Cappuccino and fruit coolers the site calls Refresha. The food case leans on halloumi, freekeh and turkey, led by an Arabian Halloumi Ciabatta. The site runs in English and Arabic, and the official Arabic names are in the tables below. It publishes no prices and no calories.

Starbucks UAE’s website is a brochure in two languages. There are 13 category pages, each a grid of photos with a name and a one-line description. A promo page covers whatever is in season, and a short news feed puts a date on every post. The site says the first UAE store opened in 2000 in Deira City Center, that there are now more than 250, and that Starbucks in the Middle East has been run since 1999 under licence by Alshaya, a Kuwaiti family business. This page follows the same method as our Starbucks Japan page, where everything comes from the chain’s own site and carries the date we looked. For the fast-food side of the same country, there’s McDonald’s UAE.

Checked September 20, 2026. There are no prices on this page because Starbucks UAE doesn’t publish any. The menu pages have no ordering function, and the Get it delivered button under each product opens a third-party delivery app, which we didn’t use as a source. There are no calorie figures either. The English pages listed 98 items when we checked and the Arabic pages 83, and the two lists don’t fully overlap. Arabic names here come from the Arabic pages, matched to the English item by the product photo the two pages share and then checked by name. Where the Arabic pages don’t list an item, the table says so. A few drinks are named below without a photo or a link, because the site has no product photo of their own for them. Dates are the ones printed on the site’s articles and on its allergen data sheet.
Pumpkin spice, spelled with a B
The promo page is titled Pumpkin Spice is here!, and the news post that goes with it, dated August 26, 2026, is headed Your Pumpkin Spice wait is over. Both list the same six drinks. The page copy welcomes back the Pumpkin Spice Latte, tells you to discover the Iced Pumpkin Spice Caramel Macchiato and the Pumpkin Cream Iced Matcha Latte, and adds that there’s always the Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino when you want something blended. The six have photos and no descriptions. The Frappuccino has neither, so it isn’t in the table. No end date is published for any of them.
The Arabic page gives every drink a phonetic name. The latte is بمبكن سبايس لاتيه, which reads roughly as bambkin sbays lateh. Arabic script has no letter P, so both the pumpkin and the spice get a B, and بمبكن is how the word appears on all six. The word مثلج (muthallaj) at the end of a name means iced.
Two more drinks arrived in a post dated September 17, 2026, headed Ready for Banana Bliss?: an Iced Caramelised Banana Oat Shaken Espresso and an Iced Caramelised Banana Matcha Latte. The English post calls them new. The Arabic version of the same post adds that they’re available for a limited time. The site shows them only in a campaign image with the names printed on it, so they have no entries here. A post dated July 8, 2026 introduced Turkey and Cheese Egg Bites, made with whole eggs, turkey bacon and mixed cheese, with 17 g of protein per the post. The newest post before the banana one, dated September 15, 2026, is for a Peanuts merchandise collection: a Great Pumpkin ceramic mug, a canvas mini tote bag and a stainless steel tumbler.

Dulce de leche, six Doubleshots and a Freddo
Dulce de leche sauce runs through three parts of the standing menu. There’s a Dulce De Leche Latte in the Latte group, a Dulce De Leche Frappuccino at the end of the coffee Frappuccino list, and two Doubleshots made with it. The Doubleshot group is the longest on the espresso page at six drinks: Hot Doubleshot and Doubleshot Iced Shaken, each in plain, dulce de leche and white mocha. The base drink, per the site, is two shots of espresso hand shaken with ice and finished with milk mixed with sweetened whipped cream.
The Doubleshot Iced Shaken Dulce De Leche and the Doubleshot Iced Shaken White Mocha are on the page with descriptions, but both carry the same photo, and it’s one the site filed under another drink’s name. That’s why the iced flavoured versions are named here without a picture. The Cappuccino group has two entries, the hot original and a Freddo Cappuccino, which the site’s own description also calls an Iced Cappuccino. Of the six drinks in this table, only the plain Doubleshot Iced Shaken is on the Arabic pages.

Refresha, Lemon Mint Breeze and the iced teas
The category is called Refreshers and the drinks in it are called Refresha, as in Dragon Coconut Starbucks Refresha Drink. There are three, and they head a list of eight cold drinks. Under them comes Lemon Mint Breeze, which the site describes in five words as refreshing handcrafted lemon and mint. Lemon with mint is a standard cold drink across the Gulf and the Levant, and this is the Starbucks UAE take on it. The rest of the list is Teavana iced tea, black or green, shaken plain or with still lemonade. The Arabic page carries the Lemon Mint Breeze and the four iced teas, and none of the Refresha drinks.

Halloumi and freekeh in the food case
The sandwich page opens with the Arabian Halloumi Ciabatta, the one item on the UAE menu pages with Arabian in its name. Halloumi turns up in four items in all: that ciabatta, a Halloumi Flatbread with harissa, and two croissants further down this page. The Arabic for it is الحلوم, and you’ll see it in both sandwich names. Freekeh is roasted green wheat, a staple grain in Levantine cooking, and the Freekeh Salad is one of only two salads on the site.
The meats named across the food pages are turkey, chicken and tuna. Turkey is smoked breast in the Turkey and Cheese Brown Loaf and turkey ham in a pretzel, and the Egg Bites post specifies turkey bacon. No pork or beef item appears on any of the pages we checked. The food list is short: eight sandwiches, two wraps, two salads and a single pot of overnight oats. One thing to watch if you read the Arabic sandwich page: the descriptions under the tuna and sriracha chicken flatbreads don’t match their names, so go by the English ones.

Croissants with kashkawan, pretzels and two cakes
The bakery page has six groups: Croissants, Pretzels, Cakes, Mini Desserts, Muffins and Rolls. The savoury croissants are the local part. Both the Turkey and Cheese Croissant and the Cheese Croissant are filled with a mix of cheddar, kashkawan and halloumi. Kashkawan is the site’s spelling of kashkaval, the semi-hard yellow cheese eaten across the Levant and the Balkans. Pretzels here are soft filled sticks, and there are two, one with turkey ham and one with spinach and feta.
The English page lists only two cakes. The Arabic bakery page lists five, and the extra three are a chocolate bliss cake, a Victoria cake and a chocolate lazy cake, which it describes as chocolate, Nutella, cocoa and biscuit under a chocolate coating. It also has a chocolate croissant where the English page has Pain Au Chocolat. We haven’t given those entries of their own, because we can’t tell from the site which page reflects the counter. The Snacks and Sweets page is packaged goods: Starbucks-branded nuts, Be Kind and Barebells bars, shortbread, caramel waffles, and Hunter’s Gourmet hand cooked chips in 40 g bags. The official photos of the Starbucks nut packs show Arabic printed above the English.

The espresso bar, Frappuccinos and tea
The espresso page holds 20 drinks in six groups: Mocha, Americano, Cappuccino, Doubleshot, Latte and Macchiato. White mocha is the flavour that repeats most. It opens the page as the Iced White Chocolate Mocha, comes back in a Doubleshot pair, and accounts for four of the 16 Frappuccinos. The Frappuccino list is split into a coffee page and a cream page with eight drinks each. Brewed Coffee has three entries, there are four hot Teavana teas, and matcha lattes are filed with the hot chocolates.
The Arabic names are mostly transliterations, with a few worth knowing. Frappuccino is فرابتشينو, with a B for the same reason as pumpkin. Teavana is تيڤانا, using ڤ, a three-dotted letter Arabic borrows for the V sound in foreign words. Hot is ساخنة (sakhina) and iced is مثلج or, on feminine nouns, مثلجة. Cold Brew is the exception to the phonetic rule: the Arabic page calls it قهوة مُعدّة مثلجة, iced brewed coffee, while the Cold Brew Latte beside it is spelled out as kold broo lateh. One slip on the English tea page: the description under Teavana Emperor Cloud Mist Green Tea talks about spearmint, peppermint and lemon verbena, which reads like another tea’s text. The Arabic page describes it as a pure single-origin green tea with a light, sweet taste.

What the allergen sheet names that the menu pages don’t
The menu, drinks and food index pages all link to a PDF called Allergen Data Sheet. Its header reads Doc ID QSD 021, Issue No 160, Issue Date 10.09.2026 and Country UAE, which puts it at September 10, 2026. It runs to 16 pages and marks each product against 14 allergens, and it names far more products than the menu pages do. Among the drinks are a Dates Cinnamon Latte, a Saffron Cardamom Latte, a Spanish Latte, three cortados (Classic, Brown Sugar Oat and White Mocha), a Vanilla Protein line and an Aerocano. It also lists more of the pumpkin range: an Iced Pumpkin Cream Americano, an Iced Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew and a Pumpkin Spice Crème Frappuccino. On the food side it names a Zaatar Croissant, a Honey Cake, a Halloumi and Pesto Pave, Olives and Cheese Knots, and a Hummus and Vegetable Patties Salad.
Treat that list with care. The sheet is an allergen register. It has no descriptions, photos or prices, and it doesn’t say which products are on sale today. It also lists a Unicorn Frappuccino and a Holiday Blend coffee, so we wouldn’t read it as today’s board. We name those products here and stop there. What the sheet does settle is the milk list: drink rows are broken out by whole or skimmed, almond, soy and coconut milk, with oat milk on some of them.
