McDonald’s Thailand leads with the Samurai Pork Burger, a pork patty in a teriyaki-style sauce, at ฿109 (~$3.31) a la carte or ฿180 (~$5.47) as a set. Pork carries on through the rest of the board: McPork Porridge at ฿39 (~$1.19), and a Chao Tem Im pork breakfast set at ฿99 (~$3.01). That is the line between this menu and the other Southeast Asian boards on this site, which are halal and sell no pork. Breakfast also runs McPatongko, the Thai fried dough sticks, three pieces with a condensed milk dip for ฿49 (~$1.49). McFried Chicken comes on rice under kaprao sauce for ฿109 (~$3.31), the pies are corn and pineapple, and McCafé pours Es-Yen, Thai iced espresso, at ฿75 (~$2.28). Every price here is a McDelivery price.
Pork is the whole reason this page reads differently from its neighbours. Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia all run halal boards, so their local heroes are fried chicken and chicken porridge. Thailand’s local hero is a pork burger, and pork turns up again in the porridge and in a breakfast set. The second thing that makes this menu Thai is the morning list: dough sticks with sweetened condensed milk, jok in three versions, and fried chicken on rice under holy basil sauce. The beef list underneath all that is the global one from the US menu. For the rest of the chain’s local items, see McDonald’s around the world.

Checked September 11, 2026. Thailand is one of the few McDonald’s markets on this site that publishes prices at all, and every baht figure below comes from the McDelivery menu. Thai delivery prices sit above the counter prices inside the restaurants, so read these as the delivery number rather than what you hand over at the till. The dollar figures are a loose conversion at the rate on the date above. One gap in coverage: the site’s McFried Chicken and Rice delivery category would not load when we checked, so the items that live in it are named here without prices or photos.
Pork is the hero here
The Samurai Pork Burger is the burger McDonald’s Thailand builds its value menu around. It costs ฿109 (~$3.31) a la carte against ฿149 (~$4.53) for a Big Mac, and it has more set variations than anything else on the board: a Samurai Pork Burger Set at ฿129 (~$3.92), a Samurai Plus Set at ฿159 (~$4.83), an Im Kum Samurai at ฿159 (~$4.83), an Im Kum Zeed Samurai Burger Set at ฿189 (~$5.75), and a plain Pork Burger Set in the ฿99 (~$3.01) promotional row. Breakfast keeps the pork going with McPork Porridge at ฿39 (~$1.19), the same price as the chicken bowl next to it, and the pork version of the Chao Tem Im set at ฿99 (~$3.01). Breakfast is served 5.00am to 10.30am according to the chain’s own menu.

McPatongko, the dough sticks with condensed milk
Patongko are the fried dough sticks Thai carts sell in the morning with a small cup of sweetened condensed milk for dunking, and McDonald’s Thailand sells them under the McPatongko name. Three pieces with the condensed milk dip is ฿49 (~$1.49), a five-piece set is ฿89 (~$2.71), and a single stick is ฿15 (~$0.46). The dips are priced separately if you want more of them or a different one: condensed milk ฿12 (~$0.36), chocolate ฿15 (~$0.46), strawberry ฿15 (~$0.46). The chocolate and strawberry cups are the part of this that no cart would recognise.

Jok, and the rest of breakfast
Jok is rice cooked down until the grains collapse, and it is ordinary Thai breakfast food. McDonald’s Thailand runs three of them. McChicken Porridge and McPork Porridge are both ฿39 (~$1.19), and Chicken Mushroom McPorridge is ฿55 (~$1.67), the only one of the three with a set built on it at ฿109 (~$3.31). The rest of the morning board is closer to what you know: a Pepper Chicken McMuffin at ฿69 (~$2.10), a Sausage McMuffin at ฿99 (~$3.01), hash browns at ฿45 (~$1.37), and pancakes two to an order at ฿65 (~$1.98). The core menu page also names McD Porridge, a Big Breakfast and several McMuffin variations that the delivery menu did not price for us.

McFried Chicken, rice and kaprao
McFried Chicken is McDonald’s Thailand’s bone-in fried chicken, and the promotions tab is where it comes with a price attached. The standard value set is ฿119 (~$3.62) and a Zeed version is the same ฿119 (~$3.62). Zeed is the Thai word for a punchy, tasty, spicy flavour, and McDonald’s Thailand uses it as a menu label rather than as the name of one item, so it shows up again on the Im Kum Zeed sets further down. Rice sets put the chicken on a plate with kaprao sauce for ฿109 (~$3.31), with a spicy version at the same price. Kaprao is Thai holy basil, the herb behind pad kaprao, which is the default one-plate lunch in Thailand.

Im Kum, Im Kum Zeed and the Plus Sets
The Thai value menu has its own vocabulary, and it is worth learning before you open the app. Im Kum is a transliteration of the Thai for roughly full and worth it, and it names a ฿159 (~$4.83) tier that covers the Samurai, Filet-O-Fish, McChicken and Cheeseburger. Im Kum Zeed is the same four builds at ฿189 (~$5.75). Plus Sets are a separate range under the McValue banner that lands on the same ฿159 (~$4.83), one step above the ฿129 (~$3.92) medium sets. Two different naming systems arriving at an identical price is the part that catches people out in the app.

Burgers, fish, and the items with no published price
The beef list is the global one. Big Mac ฿149 (~$4.53) a la carte and ฿220 (~$6.69) as a set, Triple Beef Cheeseburger ฿179 (~$5.44) and ฿250 (~$7.60), Double Cheeseburger ฿139 (~$4.23) and ฿210 (~$6.38), Cheeseburger ฿90 (~$2.74) and ฿160 (~$4.86). The fish list runs longer than usual: the standard Filet-O-Fish at ฿105 (~$3.19), a Fish Burger Italian Mayo at ฿99 (~$3.01), and Cheese Dunk versions of both in the promotions tab. Nuggets are ฿109 (~$3.31) for six and ฿159 (~$4.83) for ten, with dips charged on top at ฿25 (~$0.76) for cheese and ฿15 (~$0.46) for classic mayo.
McDonald’s Thailand’s core menu page also lists McFried Chicken, McChicken, Double Big Mac, Chic Stick, McSpicy Chicken Burger, McWings and Kaprao Rice by name. Those sit in the McFried Chicken and Rice delivery category, which would not load for us on September 11, 2026, so there is no photo, description or price for them here and this page does not guess at one. McFried Chicken and McChicken do appear priced inside the value sets above.

Corn Pie, Pineapple Pie and what is running now
The fried pie here holds corn or pineapple, both at ฿35 (~$1.06), and no apple pie appeared in the dessert list when we checked. Corn as a sweet reads as normal in Thailand, where it turns up in ice cream and on shaved ice. The promotions tab adds a third pie made with Milo at ฿39 (~$1.19), a McFlurry made with KitKat and Milo at ฿59 (~$1.79), Curly Fries at ฿99 (~$3.01) with a party size at ฿179 (~$5.44), the Cheese Dunk fish burgers, and McFizz Blue Lemon at ฿45 (~$1.37). Those were all live on September 11, 2026. McDonald’s Thailand does not publish end dates for them, so this page does not put one on them either.

McCafé leans Thai and iced
The cold half of the Thai McCafé list is the longer half. Es-Yen is Thai iced espresso, tagged as new on the menu at ฿75 (~$2.28), with a Less Sweet version beside it at the same price. An Iced Matcha Latte is ฿90 (~$2.74), and an Iced Orange Americano in a 16 oz. cup is ฿125 (~$3.80), the dearest drink on the list. The familiar iced coffees run ฿120 (~$3.65) to ฿130 (~$3.95), and the hot side starts at ฿65 (~$1.98) for an 8 oz. Americano. A short bakery list sits under the drinks: glazed and chocolate glazed donuts at ฿55 (~$1.67), a brownie at ฿65 (~$1.98), a plain croissant at ฿75 (~$2.28).
