The short answer

McDonald’s Colombia runs a Signature burger tier, sells chicken by the piece in counts of 2 to 6, and does its localizing at the ice cream counter: arequipe, mora, maní and Cocosette wafer. What it does not publish is a McCafé board. The country that grows some of the world’s best-known coffee lists three hot drinks on its menu site, filed under breakfast, and there is no arepa anywhere on the board.

Colombia’s menu breaks from the Central American ones on this site in a way that is easy to miss. Guatemala puts the country into breakfast, with beans on the McMuffin and a national nickname on the box. Colombia’s breakfast is scrambled eggs, pork sausage and a hash brown on a plate, which would pass unremarked in Ohio. The Colombian part of this menu turns up two categories later, in the desserts, where arequipe and Andean blackberry do the work that beans do further north.

The other break is the pollo category, where chicken is sold in counts of 2, 3, 4 and 6 pieces, a format the US board does not carry. Images © McDonald’s Colombia, checked against the chain’s own menu.

Checked September 11, 2026. Prices run in Colombian pesos and vary by restaurant; the McDonald’s app shows the ones near you. The corporate site publishes eight menu categories and no prices at all.

Signature burgers

The premium tier is small and unevenly documented. Two builds, Club House and Crispy Onion, each meant to come in beef and crispy chicken. Three of the four slots behave; the fourth, filed at a Crispy Onion Barbecue chicken address, currently shows the Pollo McCrispy Spicy name and photo instead.

Item What it is
Club House with Beef Club House with Beef Club House con Carne The beef build of the Signature flagship, published with no recipe and no nutrition panel.
Club House Crispy Chicken Club House Crispy Chicken Club House Pollo Crispy Crispy chicken, special sauce, lettuce, tomato, bacon, grilled onion, white cheddar. 775 kcal.
Crispy Onion Beef Crispy Onion Beef Crispy Onion Carne Named for the fried onion. The page says the name and stops.

Burgers

Item What it is
Big Mac Big Mac Two patties, special sauce, melted cheese, 524 kcal. The Doble takes it to four.

Cheeseburger Cheeseburger Hamburguesa con Queso Single, double and triple, with the plain Hamburguesa (266 kcal) and a McFiesta Jr. under it.

Chicken

Two chicken systems share this menu. The McCrispy line and the McPollo sit in the burger category, as sandwiches. The pollo category itself sells chicken the way a fried chicken chain does, by the piece, which is the single biggest departure from what a US customer expects.

Item What it is
Chicken Pieces Chicken Pieces Piezas de Pollo Chicken sold in counts of 2, 3, 4 and 6. No description published, only the numbers.
Chicken McNuggets Chicken McNuggets Four, six and ten. The ten-piece is listed as McNuggets, the others as Chicken McNuggets.

McCrispy Chicken Spicy McCrispy Chicken Spicy Pollo McCrispy Spicy The hot one, and the photo standing in for the empty Signature chicken slot.

Breakfast

This is where the coffee lives. Colombia’s menu site has no McCafé section, so the entire published coffee offer is three hot drinks inside the breakfast list, described as premium beans for a unique flavor. Three cups, in one of the largest coffee-exporting countries on earth. Around them the breakfast board runs plates, muffins, pancakes and no arepa.

Item What it is
Full Breakfast Full Breakfast Desayuno Completo Scrambled eggs, mildly spicy pork sausage, English muffin bread, hash brown. 680 kcal.
Deluxe Breakfast Deluxe Breakfast Desayuno Deluxe The Completo with three pancakes and syrup, 1,032 kcal.

Milo Milo Nestlé’s malted chocolate drink, 8 oz, the non-coffee slot on the breakfast list.

Sides and sauces

Sauces get a whole menu category to themselves in Colombia, which is more prominence than most McDonald’s boards give them. There are four, and one of them is pancake syrup.

Item What it is
Fries Fries Papas Regular, mediana, grande: 91, 288 and 412 kcal. The regular is a 31 g portion.
Hash Brown Hash Brown 193 kcal, filed with breakfast rather than sides.
Sauces Sauces Salsas Sweet and sour, BBQ, ketchup, maple-flavored syrup. No ají.

Desserts

Twenty of the seventy-nine items the menu site lists are desserts, and this is the section that reads Colombian. Arequipe is the local dulce de leche and it powers a milkshake and two sundaes. Mora is Andean blackberry. Maní is peanut, a standing topping on three of the six sundaes. Cocosette, the coconut-cream wafer, gets a McFlurry, a cone and a shake of its own.

Item What it is
Cocosette McFlurry Cocosette McFlurry McFlurry Cocosette Coconut-cream wafer through the McFlurry, beside Oreo and M&M’s.

FAQ

Does McDonald’s Colombia have a McCafé menu?

Not on the menu it publishes. As of September 11, 2026 the corporate site lists coffee as three drinks inside the breakfast category: Café Premium and Cappuccino at 8 oz, and a Latte at 8 or 12 oz. Individual restaurants may run a McCafé counter with more than that, but nothing beyond those three is on the national menu.

Is there an arepa on the Colombian breakfast menu?

No. The desayunos list runs to scrambled eggs, spicy pork sausage, English muffin bread, hash browns, pancakes, four McMuffin builds, a McHuevo and a plate of two eggs with a muffin. Nothing on it is built on corn.

What is arequipe, and what can you get it in?

Arequipe is Colombia’s dulce de leche, a milk caramel. McDonald’s Colombia sells it in a milkshake, a plain sundae and a peanut sundae. Its neighbors on the dessert list are mora (Andean blackberry) and Cocosette, a coconut-cream wafer that gets its own McFlurry, cone and shake.

What can you order in Colombia that you cannot order in the US?

Chicken by the piece in counts of 2 to 6, the Club House and Crispy Onion Signature burgers, the McNífica, a permanent Big Mac Bacon and its four-patty double, and the arequipe, mora and Cocosette desserts. Prices are in pesos through the app, checked September 11, 2026.
