The short answer

Starbucks UK’s menu on September 20, 2026 leads with autumn: the Pumpkin Spice Latte (259 kcal for a Grande), a Pumpkin Spice Caramel Macchiato, a Maple Pecan Macchiato made with Blonde espresso, and an Iced Apple Crumble Matcha Latte under apple cream cold foam and a biscuit oat crumble. The food case is where the board turns British: a Cheese & Marmite Mini Ciabatta, a Smoked Bacon Roll, an All Day Breakfast Wrap with baked beans in it, porridge and Victoria sponge. A six-drink protein range tops out at 25.2 g of protein in a Grande. Starbucks UK’s public menu shows no prices, but it publishes calories and protein for every drink and food item, plus caffeine for every drink that isn’t bottled, and those are the numbers quoted below.

Most of the drinks list will look familiar if you’ve ordered at a Starbucks anywhere: lattes, macchiatos, Frappuccinos and cold brew. The UK differences sit around the edges. Brewed coffee is called Filter Coffee, the fruit drinks are spelled Refresha, the Flat White is listed in one small size, and a latte’s customiser opens on semi-skimmed milk. The food is the bigger break. Where Starbucks Japan builds its year around seasonal drink launches, the UK board’s local colour is in the sandwich fridge and the cake case, much as McDonald’s UK puts brown sauce on its breakfast menu.

Checked September 20, 2026. Starbucks UK doesn’t show prices on its public web menu. A product page carries a photo, a description, a nutrition panel and a customiser, with no pound figure attached, so the price is whatever your store’s board or the Starbucks UK app says. What the site does publish is a full nutrition panel for every drink and food item. For drinks, that panel is for the size the product page opens on: Grande for most, Short for the Flat White and Cortado, Doppio for an Espresso. The calorie figures below are those defaults. On the date above the menu listed 161 products: 71 drinks, 59 food items, 20 coffees for home, and 11 pieces of merchandise. The site puts no end date on the autumn range, so this page doesn’t either.

The Featured Drinks tab held eight drinks on September 20, 2026, and all eight are autumn flavours. The Pumpkin Spice Latte and the Pumpkin Spice Caramel Macchiato are each listed hot and iced, the Maple Pecan Macchiato is listed hot and iced, and the last two slots go to the Iced Apple Crumble Matcha Latte and the Pumpkin Spice Coffee Frappuccino. A ninth autumn drink, the coffee-free Pumpkin Spice Cream Frappuccino (359 kcal), sits in the Frappuccino list without a Featured slot.

The pumpkin drinks share one build: a pumpkin spice flavour sauce in the cup, and a spice blend of cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and cloves on top. Going iced saves calories on the latte (192 kcal against 259; the iced version comes without whipped cream unless you add it) and almost none on the Maple Pecan Macchiato (214 against 215). The apple crumble drink is the odd one out. It’s matcha, it’s cold only, and at 328 kcal it’s heavier than anything else in the tea lists.

The Featured Food tab opens with a Pumpkin Marble Loaf Cake, an Apple Crumble Muffin and a pumpkin-shaped cake pop. Featured Coffee, the take-home shelf, leads with Starbucks Pumpkin Spiced Capsules, which the site describes as a flavoured light roast with pumpkin, cinnamon and nutmeg notes.

The British counter: Marmite, bacon rolls and beans in a wrap

This is the part of the board you won’t find a match for on the Japan page. The Cheese & Marmite Mini Ciabatta gets a one-line description on the site, mature Cheddar and Marmite in a ciabatta roll, because in Britain it doesn’t need a longer one. Marmite is the salty yeast extract spread sold on a love-it-or-hate-it slogan.

The hot breakfast list reads like a British cafe: a Traditional Sausage Sandwich (pork sausages in a buttered soft roll), a Smoked Bacon Roll, and an All Day Breakfast Wrap that folds scrambled egg, BBQ baked beans, sausage and streaky bacon into a tortilla. One detail from the small print: the site notes that the sausage in the sandwich is filled into natural beef casing. Porridge is on the list too, made with semi-skimmed milk and single cream. The chilled shelf has a Free-Range Egg, Cress & Mayo Sandwich and a Smoked Ham & Cheddar Sandwich (381 kcal), both on malted bread, and two of the sandwiches are called toasties.

The cake case and a cup of tea

Victoria sponge, carrot cake (505 kcal), a Raspberry Jam & Custard Doughnut (353 kcal) and a Lemon Loaf Cake (367 kcal) make up a bakery list that reads like a British tearoom’s. The Belgian Chocolate Caramel Shortbread is the traybake also known in Britain as millionaire’s shortbread. The packet snacks follow suit with Ginger Biscuits, All Butter Shortbread Biscuits and four flavours of Kettle Chips.

Brewed tea runs to five choices, listed under the Teavana name: English Breakfast, Earl Grey (black tea with bergamot and lavender, per the site), Emperor’s Clouds & Mist green tea, a Mint Herbal Blend and a Hibiscus Herbal Blend. The customiser lets you add a splash of hot or cold milk to any of them.

Item Calories What it is

The protein range

Six drinks carry a protein cold foam: a Caramel Protein Latte, a Caramel Protein Americano and a Vanilla Protein Matcha Latte, each listed hot and iced. All of them use sugar-free flavour syrup and a sugar-free flavoured protein cold foam, per the site’s descriptions. The nutrition panels put numbers on it. A Grande Caramel Protein Latte has 24.4 g of protein against 10.9 g in a plain Grande Caffè Latte, and the hot Vanilla Protein Matcha Latte reaches 25.2 g, the highest protein figure on the drinks menu. The protein drinks come in Tall, Grande and Venti, with no Short.

Flat White, Cortado and the rest of the espresso list

Three milk coffees on the UK site come in a single small size. The Flat White page lists Short only (76 kcal), the Cortado is two ristretto shots and warm milk in what the site calls a 6oz cup (69 kcal), and the Ristretto Bianco is three Blonde ristretto shots with whole milk (106 kcal). Most of the rest of the hot list runs Short, Tall, Grande and Venti, and an Espresso is sold as a Solo, Doppio, Triple or Quad.

Most espresso drinks let you swap the signature espresso for Blonde or Decaf. The milk list in the customiser is semi-skimmed, whole, skimmed, oat, soya, almond and a coconut drink the site labels “Coconut (with Soya)”. Semi-skimmed is the default on lattes and most other milk drinks. Whole milk is the default on the Flat White, the Cortado, the Ristretto Bianco and every Frappuccino. Syrups are caramel, hazelnut, vanilla, brown sugar and a plain simple syrup, with sugar-free versions of the first three.

The caffeine column is worth a look before you order. The site gives a Grande latte, cappuccino or mocha 89.1 mg, a Grande Caffè Americano 133.7 mg, and a Grande Filter Coffee 254.6 mg. For calories, a Grande Cappuccino is 130, a Latte Macchiato 147 and a Caffè Mocha 283.

Plant-based and the rest of the savoury case

The three you’d build a meal on are the Beyond Meat Breakfast Sandwich, the Charred Chickpea & Chimichurri Wrap and the Mango & Passionfruit Overnight Oats (254 kcal, made on a coconut milk yogurt alternative). The rest are snacks: a Granola Bar, two Kettle Chips flavours and both popcorns. On the drinks side, the customiser lists a Vegan Whipped Topping next to the regular whipped cream.

Elsewhere in the savoury case, the egg bites come two to a serving, the Chicken & Chorizo Focaccia is the one sandwich in the Featured Food tab, and a Signature Tuna Melt Panini (481 kcal) and a Chicken & Bacon Caesar Wrap (482 kcal) fill out the hot and cold shelves.
