The short answer

Starbucks Australia’s menu on September 20, 2026 runs two flavour ranges at once: pumpkin spice, ten drinks deep, and a pistachio range of nine drinks with a donut and a protein slice to match. The local colour is in the coffee list and the food case. The site sells a Magic, which it bills as an Aussie special made on three Blonde ristretto shots, and it describes the flat white as uniquely Australian. The food runs to a Bacon, Egg, & Cheese Brekky Roll, a Sausage Roll, toasties, banana bread and a bagel you can have with Vegemite. Starbucks Australia’s web menu shows no regular prices. It does publish kilojoules for its drinks and food, and those are the numbers quoted below, along with four homepage deals priced from A$3.50 (~$2.49) to A$10 (~$7.12).

Most of the drinks list is the one you’d recognise at any Starbucks: lattes, macchiatos, Frappuccinos, cold brew, Refreshers. The Australian parts sit at the two ends of the counter. At the espresso machine there’s a Magic and a flat white. In the food case there’s a brekky roll, a sausage roll, two toasties made with tasty cheese, and sweets an Australian bakery would sell, like caramel slice and banana bread. For the same chain elsewhere on this site see Starbucks Japan and Starbucks UK, and for the other big chain’s local board see McDonald’s Australia.

Checked September 20, 2026. Starbucks Australia doesn’t show regular prices on its public web menu. A product page carries a photo, a description, ingredients, allergens and a nutrition panel, with no dollar figure attached, so the price is whatever your store’s board or the Starbucks Australia app says. The only dollar figures we found on the homepage, the menu or any product page were four deal tiles on the homepage, covered further down. Energy is published in kilojoules. Drink panels also show Calories beside the kJ figure and food panels show kJ only, so this page sticks to kJ throughout. A drink’s page opens on its smallest listed size, which is Short for most hot drinks and Tall for iced and blended ones, and every figure below names its size. On the date above the menu listed 208 products: 134 drinks, 62 food items and 12 coffees for home. The site’s numbers don’t always agree with themselves. Where the size selector and the nutrition table show different kJ for one drink, we give both. The site puts no end date on the pumpkin or pistachio ranges, so this page doesn’t either.

A Magic, a flat white and the Aerocano

A Magic is a Melbourne cafe order, and Starbucks Australia has one on its Coffee & Espresso list. Its version is three Blonde ristretto shots under your choice of steamed milk, in a single 8 fl oz size, and the product page bills it as an Aussie special. The site lists 342 kJ and 225 mg of caffeine for that one cup. For scale, the same site lists 150 mg for a Venti Caffè Latte.

The flat white gets a line of its own in the description, which calls it uniquely Australian and a little stronger than a latte. Starbucks Australia sells it in all four sizes. A Short is 416 kJ with 125 mg of caffeine, against 519 kJ and 75 mg for a Short Caffè Latte.

The third one to know is the Aerocano, which the site files under Cold Brew and describes as a new way to have an Americano: the barista whips air into freshly pulled Blonde espresso until it foams, then builds the drink over ice so the light foam sinks slowly through the dark coffee. There are three versions. The plain one is 37 kJ for a Tall with 170 mg of caffeine, the Yuzu Aerocano is 363 kJ and the Honey Ruby Grapefruit Aerocano is 458 kJ. All three product pages reuse the Nitro Cold Brew stock photo instead of a picture of the drink, so there’s no card for them here.

Item Energy What it is
Magic Magic 342 kJ (one 8 fl oz size) Three Blonde ristretto shots under steamed milk. 225 mg of caffeine per the site.
Flat White Flat White 416 kJ (Short) Signature espresso, steamed milk and a thin layer of microfoam. Short to Venti.

Pumpkin spice, ten ways

The homepage banner on September 20, 2026 announced that pumpkin spice season is back, and the beverages page still heads its Featured row with a line about sipping something cosy. September is spring in Australia, and eight of the ten pumpkin drinks are cold.

The ten: Pumpkin Spice Latte, Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte, Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino, a coffee-free Pumpkin Spice Cream Frappuccino, Pumpkin Spice Iced Shaken Espresso, Pumpkin Spice Cream Cold Brew and its Nitro twin, Pumpkin Cream Matcha Latte, Iced Pumpkin Cream Matcha, and an Iced Protein Matcha with Pumpkin Protein Foam. They share a pumpkin sauce, which the ingredient lists flag as containing milk, and cinnamon. The Pumpkin Spice Latte is 847 kJ as a Short and 2,055 kJ as a Venti. Iced, it’s 1,177 kJ for a Tall. The Cream Frappuccino is 1,011 kJ for a Tall with 0 mg of caffeine. The protein matcha is the big one at 2,350 kJ and 33 g of protein for a Tall, and its product page has no description, only an ingredient list and a nutrition panel.

On timing, the site is vague in the usual way. The latte’s page says to get one while it’s here, the Nitro cold brew’s page says strictly limited time, and the Pumpkin Cream Matcha Latte’s says while it lasts. None of them names a date.

Item Energy What it is
Pumpkin Spice Latte Pumpkin Spice Latte 847 kJ (Short) Espresso, steamed milk, pumpkin sauce and cinnamon. 2,055 kJ as a Venti.
Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino 1,103 kJ (Tall) The blended coffee version, first in the Featured Beverages row.
Pumpkin Spice Iced Shaken Espresso Pumpkin Spice Iced Shaken Espresso 1,476 kJ (Tall) Espresso and brown sugar shaken over ice under Pumpkin Spice Cold Foam. 225 mg of caffeine.
Pumpkin Spice Cream Cold Brew Pumpkin Spice Cream Cold Brew 917 kJ (Tall) Vanilla-sweetened cold brew under the same foam. A Nitro version is listed beside it.
Iced Pumpkin Cream Matcha Iced Pumpkin Cream Matcha 1,755 kJ (Tall) Iced matcha under Pumpkin Spice Cream Foam. The page calls it a fan creation.

The pistachio range

Pistachio has the homepage’s second banner and a bigger footprint than pumpkin once you count the food. Nine drinks carry the name: a Pistachio Latte and its iced version, a Pistachio Flavoured Matcha Latte hot and iced, a hot chocolate, an iced chocolate, and three Frappuccinos (Matcha, Cream and Chocolate). Every one of them is built on a single White Chocolate Pistachio Flavoured Sauce, which contains milk, and six of the nine are finished with Pistachio Cold Foam. The word Flavoured is in seven of the nine names. The hot latte and the Matcha Frappuccino go without it on their menu cards.

The caffeine-free one is the Pistachio Flavoured Cream Frappuccino at 1,480 kJ for a Tall and 0 mg of caffeine. The Iced Pistachio Flavoured Matcha Latte is 1,420 kJ for a Tall, and its page is the one in the range that tells you to try it while it’s here. In the food case the range continues with a Pistachio Donut and a Pistachio Protein Crispy Slice, and the Bakery list has a Pistachio & Raspberry Delice as well.

Item Energy What it is
Iced Pistachio Flavoured Latte Iced Pistachio Flavoured Latte 1,380 kJ (Tall) In the Featured Beverages row. Espresso, milk, pistachio sauce and Pistachio Cold Foam.
Pistachio Latte Pistachio Latte 1,290 kJ (Short) The hot build, 2,760 kJ as a Venti.
Pistachio Matcha Frappuccino Pistachio Matcha Frappuccino 1,232 or 1,550 kJ (Tall) Matcha and pistachio sauce, blended. The site’s two figures disagree.
Pistachio Flavoured Iced Chocolate Pistachio Flavoured Iced Chocolate 1,220 kJ (Tall) Iced chocolate under Pistachio Cold Foam.
Pistachio Donut Pistachio Donut 1,980 kJ (105 g) Pistachio icing with a dark choc drizzle.
Pistachio Protein Crispy Slice Pistachio Protein Crispy Slice 907 kJ (43 g) 5.5 g of protein in the nutrition panel. Part of the A$3.50 (~$2.49) intro offer on the homepage.

Tea-ramisu, a Unicorn and the dragonfruit drinks

Behind the two headline ranges there’s a second row of novelty drinks. Tea-ramisu is a tiramisu idea done with tea: chocolate black tea powder, milk and mascarpone, sold as a latte, an iced latte and a Frappuccino. The latte’s page still describes it as a drink for this winter, and the Frappuccino’s page says it’s here for a limited time. The Unicorn Frappuccino’s page says the same about itself.

The dragonfruit and mango jelly family takes some decoding. There’s a Matcha Frappuccino with Dragonfruit Cold Foam & Mango Jelly, a hot Matcha with Dragonfruit Cold Foam (1,180 kJ for a Short), and a Dragonfruit Mango Jelly Latte Cream Frappuccino (1,126 kJ for a Tall). Then there are two different drinks that are both called Iced Dragonfruit Mango Jelly Latte. The one under Refreshers is dragonfruit, mango jelly and MILKLAB coconut milk with no caffeine, at 938 kJ for a Tall. The one under Iced Beverages is iced matcha with the dragonfruit foam and the jelly, at 1,320 kJ for a Tall. If you care which you get, say matcha or coconut milk when you order.

Item Energy What it is
Tea-ramisu Latte Tea-ramisu Latte 1,350 kJ (Short) Chocolate black tea powder, steamed milk and a mascarpone foam.
Tea-ramisu Frappuccino Tea-ramisu Frappuccino 1,470 kJ (Tall) The blended version. Its page says limited time.
Unicorn Frappuccino Unicorn Frappuccino 1,232 kJ (Tall) Strawberry acai base, coconut milk, white mocha sauce and blueberry powder. Limited time per its page.
Apple Camellia Iced Garden Tea Apple Camellia Iced Garden Tea 482 kJ (Tall) Green tea, an apple and camellia flavoured sauce, dried rose petals.
Matcha Frappuccino with Dragonfruit Cold Foam and Mango Jelly Matcha Frappuccino with Dragonfruit Cold Foam & Mango Jelly 1,450 kJ (Tall) Mango jelly under a Matcha Frappuccino, pink foam on top.
Iced Dragonfruit Mango Jelly Latte Iced Dragonfruit Mango Jelly Latte 938 kJ (Tall) The Refreshers one: dragonfruit, mango jelly and coconut milk, 0 mg of caffeine.
Drag Drink Drag Drink 1,690 kJ (Tall) Mango dragonfruit base with hibiscus tea and a vanilla sweet cream foam. Its page ties it to Pride.

Protein in the foam and in the milk

Protein has its own category on the Australian menu, with 16 products in it. The main idea is Protein Cold Foam, a whey foam you add to an iced drink. The site’s copy says it comes in ten flavours. The category lists eleven foam pages if you count Unflavoured: Brown Sugar, Caramel, Chai, Choc, Hazelnut, Matcha, Salted Caramel, Strawberry, Vanilla and White Choc. Each foam page gives figures for a 130 g serving, between 17.7 and 19.5 g of protein and between 1,210 and 1,390 kJ. Most drink pages elsewhere on the menu carry a small protein-available icon.

The second idea is protein boosted milk, sold in a Latte with Protein Boosted Milk, an iced version, and an iced matcha that also gets the caramel foam. The plain latte’s nutrition table lists 11.1 g of protein for a Short and 29.4 g for a Venti. Its kJ figures are one of the places where the size selector and the table disagree, so we’ve left them out.

Item Energy What it is
Cold Brew with Choc Protein Cold Foam Cold Brew with Choc Protein Cold Foam 1,224 kJ (Tall) 18.4 g of protein in a Tall per the panel. Any foam flavour can go on it.
Iced Matcha Latte with Protein Boosted Milk and Caramel Protein Cold Foam Iced Matcha Latte with Protein Boosted Milk & Caramel Protein Cold Foam 2,210 or 2,080 kJ (Tall) Protein in the milk and in the foam: 32.2 g in a Tall per the table.
Chocolate Protein Crispy Slice Chocolate Protein Crispy Slice 821 kJ (43 g) First in the Featured Food row. 5.1 g of protein per the panel.

The standing cold menu

The Cold Brew category holds 15 products, from plain Cold Brew at 14 kJ for a Tall up through vanilla, salted caramel and brown sugar cream versions, most of them with a Nitro twin. Iced Shaken Espresso comes in six flavours: Brown Sugar, Vanilla, Hazelnut, Salted Caramel, Dirty Chai and Pumpkin Spice. Frappuccino is split the usual way, nine Blended Coffee and nineteen Blended Cream, and the Australian menu puts the word Coffee into the caramel one’s name so you can tell it from the Caramel Cream Frappuccino.

Refreshers run to ten products. The core is Strawberry Acai and Mango Dragonfruit made with the house lemonade, the Pink Drink and Dragon Drink made with coconut milk, and blended Frozen versions of all four. The Drag Drink and one of the jelly lattes make up the ten. We haven’t quoted the Frozen ones because all four show the same 1,831 kJ Grande and 2,253 kJ Venti in the size selector while their nutrition tables give four different sets of numbers.

Item Energy What it is
Cold Brew Cold Brew 14 kJ (Tall) Steeped for 20 hours per the site. 155 mg of caffeine.
Brown Sugar Iced Shaken Espresso Brown Sugar Iced Shaken Espresso 476 or 466 kJ (Tall) One of six shaken espresso flavours. The site’s two figures differ.
Caramel Coffee Frappuccino Caramel Coffee Frappuccino 1,199 kJ (Tall) The one the site calls its most popular Frappuccino.
Java Chip Frappuccino Java Chip Frappuccino 1,349 kJ (Tall) Coffee, mocha and chocolate chips under whipped cream.
Pink Drink Pink Drink 502 kJ (Tall) Strawberry acai base with coconut milk.
Mango Dragonfruit Refresher Mango Dragonfruit Refresher 499 kJ (Tall) Made with the house lemonade. With coconut milk it’s a Dragon Drink.
Classic Iced Chocolate Classic Iced Chocolate 1,439 kJ (Tall) Milk, ice and chocolate sauce under whipped cream.
Chai Tea Latte Chai Tea Latte 568 kJ (Short) Chai syrup and steamed milk. The page notes it contains honey.
Iced Matcha and Espresso Fusion Iced Matcha & Espresso Fusion 539 kJ (Tall) Espresso layered over matcha and milk. The page suggests MILKLAB plant milks.

Brekky rolls, sausage rolls and toasties

The savoury food sits in a category called Lunch, which has 21 items and holds breakfast too. The Bacon, Egg, & Cheese Brekky Roll is bacon, a poached egg, tasty cheese and BBQ sauce on a white roll. Tasty is the label Australians put on everyday cheddar, and nine products on this menu name it, the Chicken & Avocado Panini and both toasties among them. There’s a Sausage & Egg Muffin at 1,820 kJ, and two kinds of egg bite.

The Sausage Roll page is worth a second look. Its description says lean beef and lamb with onion and garlic in puff pastry, its ingredient list names Australian beef at 29% and doesn’t mention lamb, and the page carries the vegetarian icon, which is plainly a mistake. The Lunch list also has a Spinach & Ricotta Roll at 1,193 kJ, which is the one the icon belongs on.

Four items carry the RSPCA Approved icon: the Chicken & Avocado Panini, the Chicken & Avocado Wrap, the Chicken Caesar Wrap and the Spicy Fried Chicken and Slaw Deli Roll. Two more rolls are built on what the site calls its Pane Di Casa deli-style roll, a Caprese at 1,800 kJ and a Ham & Salami at 1,970 kJ. One item has a state printed on it: the Spinach & Feta Croissant’s page notes it’s only available in WA. Some food pages also warn that stores may keep a reduced range depending on local availability.

Item Energy What it is
Bacon, Egg and Cheese Brekky Roll Bacon, Egg, & Cheese Brekky Roll 1,769 kJ (186 g) Bacon, poached egg, tasty cheese and BBQ sauce on a white roll.
Sausage Roll Sausage Roll 1,840 kJ (150 g) Australian beef in puff pastry. See the note above on the lamb and the icon.
Ham and Cheese Toastie Ham & Cheese Toastie 1,970 kJ (199 g) Triple smoked ham, tasty cheese and dijonnaise on sourdough.
Chicken and Avocado Panini Chicken & Avocado Panini 2,410 kJ (245 g) RSPCA Approved chicken, avocado, tasty cheese. A$10 (~$7.12) with any drink on the homepage deal.
Eggs Benedict Panini Eggs Benedict Panini 2,380 kJ (247 g) Cage-free eggs, leg ham, spinach and hollandaise. Same deal.
Spicy Fried Chicken and Slaw Deli Roll Spicy Fried Chicken and Slaw Deli Roll 2,620 kJ (256 g) The new deli roll per its page: fried chicken tenders, slaw, chipotle mayo.
Cheese and Herb Egg Bite Cheese & Herb Egg Bite 792 kJ (100 g) Sold as a pair, all day. 16 g of protein per the panel.
Spinach and Feta Croissant Spinach & Feta Croissant 1,601 kJ (120 g) Only available in WA per its page.

Banana bread, caramel slice and the snack shelf

Banana bread is a cafe-counter standard in Australia (McDonald’s Australia lists it at McCafé too), and Starbucks Australia’s is 26% banana by the ingredient list, with the site’s advice being to toast it and butter it. The Sweet Treats list has a Caramel Slice and a Walnut Brownie Slice, a Lemon Meringue Tart, macarons, and mini donuts in Choc Hazelnut and White Choc. The bakery calls its cinnamon roll a Cinnamon Scroll.

Bagels come plain, blueberry or Everything (3 Seed), and the Plain Bagel’s page lists the spreads: cream cheese, Nutella, peanut butter, strawberry jam, Vegemite or butter. Five bakery items carry the vegan icon, the three bagels plus the Blueberry Crumble Muffin and the Orange & Poppy Seed Muffin.

The Snacks category is packaged goods from other brands: three Kettle chip flavours, Funday Sweets gummies, Health Lab protein snacks and Tony’s Chocolonely bars. The Kettle Original Sea Salt page says the salt comes from the salt farms of South Australia.

Item Energy What it is
Banana Bread Banana Bread 1,810 kJ (per serve) 26% banana. The site says to toast it and butter it.
Caramel Slice Caramel Slice 1,950 kJ (100 g) Biscuit base, condensed milk caramel, chocolate top.
Plain Bagel Plain Bagel 1,308 kJ (120 g) The spread list includes Vegemite.
Choc Hazelnut Mini Donut Choc Hazelnut Mini Donut 532 kJ (25 g) A filled donut ball. 3 for A$5 (~$3.56) on the homepage deal.
Kettle Chips Original Sea Salt 45g Kettle Chips Original Sea Salt 45g 936 kJ (45 g) A bag of chips, salted from South Australia per the page.

The four deals on the homepage

These were the only dollar figures we found on the homepage, the menu or any product page on September 20, 2026. They sit on four image tiles on the homepage, the site writes them with a plain dollar sign, and three of the four carry a T&Cs apply line without linking to the terms. No end date is shown for any of them.

Deal Price on the tile Condition
Any pastry A$5 (~$3.56) When you buy any drink, before 11am
Any panini A$10 (~$7.12) When you buy any drink, all day
Protein Crispies A$3.50 (~$2.49) Labelled an intro offer
Mini donuts 3 for A$5 (~$3.56) All day

The pastry tile pictures a cinnamon scroll, an almond croissant and a butter croissant and links to the Bakery category, but it doesn’t define which items count as a pastry, so ask before you assume the banana bread is in. The panini deal covers two products, the Chicken & Avocado and the Eggs Benedict. Protein Crispies is the site’s short name for the Chocolate and Pistachio Protein Crispy Slices.

Sizes, kilojoules and the site’s own typos

The size selector gives four cup sizes: Short at 237 mL, Tall at 354 mL, Grande at 473 mL and Venti at 591 mL. Hot drinks come in all four, apart from two. The Magic is a single 8 fl oz cup, and Espresso is sold as a Solo (24 kJ) or a Doppio (48 kJ). Iced and blended drinks start at Tall.

Australian menus count energy in kilojoules, and the site’s nutrition panels remind you that the recommended average daily intake is 8,700 kJ. A Venti Pumpkin Spice Latte at 2,055 kJ is a bit under a quarter of that.

The data entry is loose in places, and it’s better you hear it here than find out at the counter. On many hot drinks the nutrition table labels the Short as 273 mL while the size selector says 237 mL. The Banana Bread is 154 g in one spot and 145 g in another. Some drinks show one kJ figure in the size selector and another in the table. None of that changes what’s in the cup, but it’s why this page names the size and the source for every number.

FAQ

Is the Pumpkin Spice Latte on the Starbucks Australia menu right now?

Yes. It was in the Featured Beverages row on September 20, 2026, and the homepage banner announced that pumpkin spice season is back. The site lists it at 847 kJ for a Short and 2,055 kJ for a Venti. Nine other pumpkin drinks are listed with it, and the site gives no end date for any of them.

Does Starbucks Australia publish prices online?

Not regular menu prices. Product pages on starbucks.com.au show no dollar figure, so the price is on the board in-store or in the Starbucks Australia app. The only prices we found when we checked were four homepage deals: any pastry for A$5 (~$3.56) with a drink before 11am, any panini for A$10 (~$7.12) with a drink, Protein Crispies at an A$3.50 (~$2.49) intro offer, and mini donuts at 3 for A$5 (~$3.56).

What is a Magic at Starbucks Australia?

A Magic is three Blonde ristretto shots under steamed milk, sold in one 8 fl oz size. The order comes from Melbourne cafes, and Starbucks Australia’s product page bills it as an Aussie special. The site lists 342 kJ and 225 mg of caffeine for the cup.

Does Starbucks Australia sell a flat white?

Yes, in all four sizes from Short to Venti. The site’s description calls the flat white uniquely Australian and a little stronger than a latte. A Short is 416 kJ with 125 mg of caffeine per the nutrition panel.

What is an Aerocano?

An Aerocano is Starbucks Australia’s air-whipped iced Americano. The barista whips freshly pulled Blonde espresso into a fine microfoam and pours it over ice. The site lists a plain version at 37 kJ for a Tall, plus Yuzu and Honey Ruby Grapefruit versions, all under the Cold Brew category.

What sizes does Starbucks Australia sell?

Short (237 mL), Tall (354 mL), Grande (473 mL) and Venti (591 mL), according to the size selector on the product pages. Most hot drinks are listed in all four, and iced and blended drinks start at Tall. The Magic comes in one 8 fl oz size.

Does Starbucks Australia list calories or kilojoules?

Kilojoules first. The energy figure at the top of a product page is in kJ. Drink nutrition panels also show Calories next to the kJ figure, and food panels show kJ only. The panels quote 8,700 kJ as the recommended average daily intake.

Can you get Vegemite at Starbucks Australia?

Yes, as a bagel spread. The Plain Bagel’s page lists cream cheese, Nutella, peanut butter, strawberry jam, Vegemite or butter as the choices. No other product on the menu mentioned Vegemite when we checked.
