The short answer

Starbucks Turkey sells Türk kahvesi (Turkish coffee) in single and double, in a menu category of its own, and Türk çayı (Turkish tea) at the head of the tea list. The pastry case reads like a Turkish bakery, with a simit spread with labne, an olive açma and three kinds of poğaça. The food that stands out among guests’ choices, by the chain’s own account, is the Haşhaşlı Üç Peynirli, a poppy seed three cheese sandwich. The limited-time list held 23 drinks on September 20, 2026: eight pumpkin drinks, five tiramisu ones, four pecan maple drinks and three Cloud Frappuccinos among them. The site publishes no prices. It does publish calories, in two PDF tables dated September 2026, and those figures are quoted below.

Most of the drink names on Starbucks Turkey’s menu are the English ones you already know, and most of the food names are Turkish. That split tells you where the local menu lives. The espresso bar is the global one with a few additions, and the counter next to it sells simit, açma, poğaça and sandwiches built on Ezine cheese and mücver. Turkish coffee has a drinks category to itself and Turkish tea leads the tea list, which is the clearest difference from Starbucks Japan, where the local layer is mostly seasonal drops and tea lattes. If you want the fast-food version of the same country, McDonald’s Turkey also sells Türk kahvesi and a simit sandwich at McCafé.

Checked September 20, 2026. There are no prices on this page because Starbucks Turkey doesn’t publish any on its website menu; prices are in Turkish lira and you’ll see them in store. The site has an /en/ version, but its product names and descriptions are the same Turkish text, so the English glosses here are ours. Descriptions are one line each, and we translate them as written. Calories come from two PDFs the chain links from its nutrition page: a drinks energy table marked revision 25, dated September 1, 2026, and a food table revised September 3, 2026. Drink figures below are for a Tall (355 ml) with 2% milk unless the row says otherwise; the table lists nine milks, and we picked one row and stuck to it. Two caveats. Fourteen items, including all four pecan maple drinks and three of the four limited-time foods, were on the category pages but their own product pages weren’t live, so they have no official description. And the drinks PDF has visible data-entry slips, so where its kJ and kcal columns disagree, or an entry plainly doesn’t fit the drink, we’ve left the figure out.

Türk kahvesi has its own category, and çay leads the tea list

The drinks menu has 13 categories, and one of them is Türk Kahvesi. It holds two items, a single and a Duble. The chain’s energy table sizes them at 85 ml and 190 ml, and it lists each one at four sugar levels: şekersiz (none), az şekerli (a little), orta şekerli (medium) and şekerli (sweet). That’s the standard way to order Turkish coffee anywhere in Turkey, because the sugar is cooked into the pot with the grounds, so you choose before it’s made. A single runs from 2 kcal with no sugar to 14 kcal at şekerli.

The tea category opens with Türk Çayı, described in two words as black tea, ahead of four Starbucks-branded blends. Starbucks Turkey’s company page says its Turkish tea is blended from leaves produced for the chain in the Eastern Black Sea region, which is the stretch of coast around Rize where Turkey grows its tea.

Item Calories What it is
Turkish Coffee Turkish Coffee Türk Kahvesi 2 kcal (single, no sugar) An 85 ml cup, listed at four sugar levels up to 14 kcal.
Double Turkish Coffee Double Turkish Coffee Duble Türk Kahvesi 4 kcal (double, no sugar) The 190 ml double measure, up to 22 kcal at şekerli.
Turkish Tea Turkish Tea Türk Çayı no figure under this name Black tea, from Eastern Black Sea leaves per the company page.
Starbucks Hibiscus Tea Starbucks Hibiscus Tea 0 kcal A herbal blend the energy table gives as 56% hibiscus with cinnamon, dried apple and rosehip. Earl Grey, Mint Citrus and Jasmine Green are the other three.

The pastry case is a Turkish bakery

Simit is the sesame-crusted bread ring sold from street carts all over Turkey, and Starbucks Turkey’s Peynirli Simit is one split and spread with labne, a soft fresh cheese. The site says the ring itself is made with poppy seeds, olives and walnuts. At 534 kcal per portion it’s the heaviest item in this section with a published figure. Açma is a softer, richer breakfast roll, and the one here carries olive paste. Poğaça is the small savoury bun that Turkish bakeries sell by the tray every morning, and there are three: a multigrain one with cheese, one filled with kaşar and coated in sesame, and a Dereotlu Scone Poğaça that the site describes as a poğaça made from dill scone dough.

Two sweets are worth decoding. Mozaik Kek translates as mosaic cake, and the official photo shows a cocoa and vanilla loaf with the batters swirled through each slice. The Portekiz Usulü İrmikli Sütlü Tart is a Portuguese-style tart with a semolina and milk cream, flagged new in the site’s menu data. The company page explains why the case looks so local: it says the chain works with more than 30 food producers in 12 Turkish cities, and that all of the 70,000 litres of milk its stores use each day comes from dairies in Turkey.

Item Calories What it is

Sandwiches run on Turkish cheese, and the ham is beef

The company page, in English, singles out the Poppy Seed Three Cheese Sandwich among guests’ food choices. On the menu it’s Haşhaşlı Üç Peynirli: poppy seed sourdough with beyaz peynir (Turkey’s brined white cheese), cheddar and kaşar. The Ezine Peynirli Sandviç is named for Ezine, a town in Çanakkale province whose white cheese is one of the best known in the country, and it comes on rye and sunflower seed bread with Charleston pepper, labne, walnuts and green olive paste. Mücver are courgette fritters from Turkish home cooking, and here they go into whole-wheat bread with hummus sauce, cheese, tomato and lettuce.

Read the meat sandwiches and one thing stands out. The cured meats named across the list are füme hindi (smoked turkey) and dana jambon (beef ham), and none of the product descriptions we pulled mentions pork.

Item Calories What it is

The limited-time list: pumpkin, pecan maple, tiramisu and matcha

Starbucks Turkey files its seasonal range under Kısa Süreliğine Seninle, which means with you for a short time. On September 20, 2026 that category held 23 drinks and four foods, and 14 of the drinks were flagged new in the site’s menu data. The site gives no start or end dates for any of them, so there are none here.

Pumpkin is the biggest family at eight drinks: the Pumpkin Spice Latte hot and iced, two Frappuccinos, a Pumpkin Spice Caramel Macchiato hot and iced, and two Pumpkin Cream matcha lattes. The pecan maple set is four drinks, a latte and a macchiato each served hot and iced, and all four are flagged new. Their product pages weren’t live when we checked, but the energy table already lists the latte’s build as milk, pecan-flavoured syrup, coffee and a maple-flavoured sauce. Tiramisu runs to five drinks, and the table lists a mascarpone sauce in the Tiramisu Velvet Latte. Matcha is the other thread: seven of the 23 drinks are matcha lattes or a matcha Frappuccino, including an Iced Apple Crumble Cream Matcha Latte.

The food side pairs a Balkabaklı Cheesecake (pumpkin cheesecake) and an Elmalı Kek (apple cake) with the drinks, plus a Kitkat Donut and a strawberry cake.

The espresso bar, and what’s flagged new on it

The company page says the Caffè Latte is the drink Turkish guests order most, and the site describes it in two words: sütlü kahve, milk coffee. A Tall with 2% milk is 164 kcal on the energy table. That table lists nine milks for it: skimmed, 2%, 3%, lactose-free, a high-protein lactose-free milk, soy, almond, oat and coconut. The company page adds that oat is the plant-based option guests pick most.

The espresso list runs to 24 drinks in seven groups, and you’ll notice a naming habit on it. Six of its drinks take the Turkish prefix Buzlu for iced (Buzlu Caffè Latte, Buzlu Cappuccino), and so does the iced chai, while the other cold drinks are named Iced. The Spanish Latte is flagged new in hot and iced versions, and the energy table gives it a single calorie row, with a recipe of water, a sweetened condensed milk preparation and coffee. The Flat White is listed in the Short 237 ml size only. Protein İçecekler, protein drinks, is a separate category of four lattes that are all flagged new, and none of them has an entry in the September 1 energy table.

Frappuccino, Refresha and the cold list

The Frappuccino menu is split the Turkish site’s own way, into Kahve Bazlı (coffee-based) and Krema Bazlı (cream-based), six drinks in each. Refresha is what Starbucks Turkey calls its iced fruit drinks, and there are nine on the standing list, four of them Frozen versions. A Melon Pearls Refresha is on that list too; the site describes it as a melon-flavoured iced drink and doesn’t say what the pearls are. The most unusual category name on the menu is Dondurmalı İçecekler, drinks with ice cream, which holds an Affogato and a Cold Brew Float.

Matcha and chai share a category. The Matcha Latte is flagged new in hot and iced versions, and the energy table’s ingredient list for the chai base names black tea, ginger, cinnamon, black pepper, clove and cardamom.

The fridge stocks Turkish bottles

The bottled list, Şişelenmiş İçecekler, is nine items. Beyoğlu is a Turkish gazoz (soda) brand that shares its name with the Istanbul district, and Starbucks Turkey sells two of its flavours: Turuncu, which the site describes as orange and lemon, and Limon, which is lemon and mint. The juices and lemonades come from a label called Feel More, and they include a 100% pomegranate juice and a watermelon lemonade. The mineral waters are Akmina and San Pellegrino. The company page says the chain picks its bottled spring water from Turkish brands.

FAQ

Does Starbucks in Turkey sell Turkish coffee?

Yes. Türk Kahvesi is its own category on Starbucks Turkey’s menu, with a single and a Duble (double). The chain’s energy table sizes them at 85 ml and 190 ml and lists four sugar levels from şekersiz (none) to şekerli (sweet), so you order it the way you would in any Turkish coffeehouse. A single with no sugar is 2 kcal.

Does Starbucks Turkey publish its prices online?

No. As of September 20, 2026 the website menu shows each product with a photo and a one-line description, and no prices. Prices are in Turkish lira and you’ll see them in store. The product pages link out to Yemeksepeti, GetirYemek and Trendyol Go for delivery orders.

Is the Starbucks Turkey menu available in English?

Partly. The site has an /en/ version, but when we checked it the product names and descriptions were the same Turkish text as the main site. Most drink names are already English (Caffè Latte, Pumpkin Spice Latte), and most food names are Turkish, which is why this page glosses them.

What is the Peynirli Simit at Starbucks Turkey?

It’s a simit, the sesame bread ring from Turkish street carts, split and spread with labne, a soft fresh cheese. The site says the ring is made with poppy seeds, olives and walnuts, and the chain’s food energy table puts it at 534 kcal per portion.

Is there pork on the Starbucks Turkey menu?

None of the product descriptions we pulled from the site on September 20, 2026 mentions pork. The cured meats named in the sandwiches are füme hindi, which is smoked turkey, and dana jambon, which is beef ham. The site doesn’t make a halal statement on its menu pages, so this page doesn’t make one either.

Is the Pumpkin Spice Latte on sale in Turkey?

Yes, it was listed on September 20, 2026 in the limited-time category, Kısa Süreliğine Seninle, hot and iced and as two Frappuccinos. A Tall with 2% milk is 241 kcal on the energy table dated September 1, 2026. Starbucks Turkey publishes no end date for it.

What milk alternatives does Starbucks Turkey offer?

Almond, soy, coconut and oat, according to the company page, which also says oat is the one guests pick most. The drinks energy table lists those four alongside five dairy rows, including a lactose-free milk and a high-protein lactose-free milk.

How many Starbucks stores are there in Turkey?

More than 760, in 59 cities, according to the company page on Starbucks Turkey’s own site when we checked on September 20, 2026. The same page counts 11 Drive Thru stores and 13 Reserve stores, and says the chain is operated in Turkey by Alshaya Group.
