The short answer

Burger King Turkey’s board has two burgers with one-word Turkish names, the Köfteburger (a köfte patty the site says is made to a mother’s recipe) and the Tavukburger, and a breakfast list made entirely of tost: six pressed toasties, including one filled with kavurma and one with smoked meat. The premium end is a 175-gram King Beef Burger on an artisan bun, a truffle version, two barbecue brioche sandwiches and a Gurme Tavuk chicken sandwich on a corn-semolina bun. Drinks run to ayran, Türk kahvesi, çay, a frothy Nescafé and cotton-candy Refreshas. The site publishes a calorie figure for nearly everything and no item prices. Checked October 4, 2026.

Burger King in Turkey is run by TAB Gıda, which the site’s footer names as the brand’s sole licensee in Turkey and the operator of its restaurants, and which also runs Arby’s, Popeyes, Sbarro, Usta Dönerci, Usta Pideci and Subway in the country. That shows in how the site works. burgerking.com.tr is TAB Gıda’s own Turkish-language catalogue, and every “sipariş ver” button hands you to Tıkla Gelsin, the group’s ordering site and app. The footer also lists the only other places TAB Gıda takes orders: the Ara Gelsin phone line, Yemeksepeti, Trendyol Yemek, Getir Yemek and Migros Yemek.

The menu itself is in nine categories, from Menüler to Soslar, and the local character is spread across them. The burger list carries the Köfteburger and Tavukburger beside the Whopper. Breakfast is six kinds of tost. The drinks list has ayran in two sizes and Türk kahvesi among the coffees. For the rest of the Turkish fast-food picture, the same market’s McDonald’s menu and Starbucks menu are on this site too.

Checked October 4, 2026. Burger King Turkey publishes no item prices on its website: product pages show ingredients, a photo and a nutrition row, and the price appears only once you’re inside Tıkla Gelsin or a delivery app. The one place lira figures appear is the promotions page, where delivery bundles are listed with starting-from prices, and every dated one of those carried a 31 July 2026 end date on the check date (more on that below). Calories are the site’s own Enerji (kcal) figures, which it prints to two decimal places; this page rounds them to the nearest whole number. A line on most product pages says the photos are for advertising and the product can differ by restaurant.

The Turkish names: Köfteburger, Tavukburger and a Hot Wrap dürüm

Two sandwiches on the burger list have one-word Turkish names, and both sit at the small-bun end of the board. Köfte is the Turkish grilled meatball or patty, and the Köfteburger’s page says its patty is made “anne tarifi ile”, to a mother’s recipe. Tavuk is chicken, and the Tavukburger is the plain chicken sandwich. The Hot Wrap is filed under King Delight, a two-item category it shares with a Mini Salata (13 kcal of greens, cucumber and cherry tomatoes), and the site’s own word for it is dürüm, the Turkish wrap.

Item What it is
Köfteburger Köfteburger (köfte burger) Köfte patty, small sesame bun, pickles, ketchup, mayo, lettuce. 358 kcal. Its combo comes with medium fries and a medium Coca-Cola.
Tavukburger Tavukburger (chicken burger) Chicken patty, small sesame bun, mayo, shredded lettuce; the site calls it extremely simple. 436 kcal.
Hot Wrap Hot Wrap The Klasik Gurme Tavuk fillet rolled in a tortilla with lettuce, tomato and mayo. 593 kcal.

Breakfast is tost

The Kahvaltı Ürünleri category has six items and all of them are tost, the pressed toasted sandwich that is Turkey’s everyday breakfast. Three are panini-style, pressed in the long ridged bread the photos show: one with two cheeses, one with füme et (smoked meat) and one with kavurma, the preserved meat that is cubed and slow-cooked in its own fat. The other three are a two-cheese brioche and two smaller BK Tost, one with double cheese and one with a single cheese and smoked meat. The site publishes no descriptions for any of them, only names, photos and nutrition.

Three of the six pages carry a rule worth knowing before you plan on one: breakfast items are sold only at restaurants that display the breakfast menu, at their own prices, and they are not offered through delivery. The site’s press room files the three paninis under a release about the panini toast family growing, with no date on the teaser.

Item What it is
Panini Kavurmalı Peynirli Tost Panini Kavurmalı Peynirli Tost (kavurma and cheese panini) Kavurma and cheese in pressed panini bread. 625 kcal, the top of the breakfast list.

The sixth, the Tek Peynirli ve Füme Etli BK Tost (single cheese and smoked meat), is the lightest at 225 kcal.

The gurme line: a 175-gram patty, brioche barbecue and a corn-semolina bun

The products page says Burger King Turkey builds its burgers on four breads, artisan, brioche, sesame and a special bun topped with corn semolina, and three of the four (everything but the plain sesame bun) show up in the premium half of the list. The King Beef Burger’s whole pitch is a number, a 175 g flame-grilled patty on a soft artisan bun. The two Barbekü Brioche sandwiches put a Whopper patty or a coated chicken fillet on brioche with barbecue sauce and cheddar, and the promotions page presents them as two new gourmet flavours, with no date. The Gurme Tavuk pair are chicken breast fillets on the corn-semolina bun; both product pages call them a new Burger King flavour, again undated. Also here: the BK Steakhouse Burger and the Texas Smokehouse Burger, which pairs a Whopper patty with smoked meat.

Whopper, Big King and the rest of the burger list

The Whopper is listed exactly as you’d expect (patty, large sesame bun, pickles, ketchup, mayo, lettuce, tomato, onion), and the burgers page counts it as seven layers. What’s more local is the ranking. The homepage’s best-sellers strip puts the Big King Menü first, the Double King Chicken Menü second and the Whopper Menü third. The Big King itself is the two-patty, three-layer-bun sandwich with Big King sauce, and it also turns up as a Big King XXL on Whopper patties and as a Chicken Big King. The Plant-Based Whopper gets no description on its own page, but the burgers page describes an all-vegetable patty in a 5-inch bun, and a promotions tile calls it 0% meat, 100% Whopper taste; the site’s URL and nutrition table still use its older name, Planty Whopper. The Bean Burger, a bean-and-vegetable patty with cheddar, is the other meatless option.

Item What it is

The products and burgers pages also name-check an Etli Barbekü Deluxe Burger, a Double Big King and a Big King Jr. that have no product pages of their own.

Çıtır Lezzetler: fries by the bucket, rings by the dozen

Çıtır means crispy, and the category holds the fries, the crinkle-cut fries, onion rings, cheese bites, nuggets and tenders. The fries come in six sizes, and the two biggest are the ones to know the names of: Kova (bucket) and Dev Kutu (giant box). Onion rings are sold by 8, 12 or 16, cheese bites by 4, 6 or 9, and nuggets and tenders by 6 or 9. Eight mini sauces are listed separately: Acı Sos (hot sauce), Ranch, Mayonez, Ketçap, Sarımsaklı Mayonez (garlic mayo), BBQ, Ballı Hardal (honey mustard) and Buffalo.

A combo on this site (“Menü”) is the sandwich with medium fries and a medium Coca-Cola, according to the combo pages’ own nutrition breakdowns; the Hamburger, Cheeseburger and Tavukburger combos use small fries and a small Coke instead. The four Kids Menüler (Kids Hamburger, Kids Cheeseburger, Kids Tavukburger, four-piece Kids Tenders) come with small fries and a drink, and the kids page says a Dragon Ball toy comes with each one, four in the series, while stocks last.

Sufle, vişneli tatlı and the ice cream counter

The dessert list is where Turkish names outnumber English ones. Sufle is the Turkish spelling of soufflé and, on Turkish menus, the warm chocolate cake with a soft centre that the photo shows. Vişne is sour cherry, and the Vişneli Tatlı is a turnover-style pastry with cherry filling, with an apple twin and ice-cream versions of both on the nutrition table. The ice cream side has three sundae sizes with six options, a King Mix soft-serve blend in five versions, cones, and milkshakes in five flavours including espresso and lemon.

Item What it is
Sufle Sufle (chocolate soufflé) Warm chocolate cake, soft centre. 477 kcal.
Vişneli Tatlı Vişneli Tatlı (sour cherry dessert) Sour cherry pastry. 194 kcal, or 336 with ice cream.
Elmalı Tatlı Elmalı Tatlı (apple dessert) The apple version. 450 kcal, or 567 with ice cream.

Sundae Sundae Plain or with chocolate, blackberry, caramel, strawberry or lemon. 114 kcal plain, 254 with chocolate sauce.

Two desserts on the promotions page haven’t reached the product pages: a Bal Kabağı (pumpkin) milkshake billed as an autumn flavour, and two King Mix additions, Oreo and Çilek Kornet (strawberry and lime sauce with cone pieces). The cone list, Külah Dondurma (130 kcal), Kornet Külah (168) and the Çikolata Dolgulu Kornet with a chocolate-filled cone (235), and two cookies round out the category.

Ayran, Türk kahvesi and the cotton-candy Refreshas

Ayran, the salted yogurt drink, is on the list in 195 ml and 300 ml cups, and the kids page says it’s the default drink suggested with the Kids Cheeseburger menu. The hot-drinks block runs from Americano to Türk kahvesi and includes three Nescafé drinks, of which Nescafé Köpüklü, the frothy one, is the most Turkish order. Çay is Turkish tea, and at 2 kcal it’s the one hot drink on the site with a calorie figure. A separate Burger King Cafe page says the coffee counter has been running since 2010 on Arabica beans roasted in the north and central Italian style; its branch list is dated 11 February 2019.

The cold side is where the site has been busiest. Three Pamuk Şeker (cotton candy) Refreshas, Strawberry Gold, Blueberry Pearl and Pineapple Gold (Mango & Pineapple Gold on the promotions tile), are introduced on the promotions page as glittery drinks. Cool Lime and Cranberry Hibiscus are Fuse Tea Refreshas, which the small print says are mixes made with Fuse Tea’s lemon-flavoured iced tea. Ocean, a bright blue cooler, and Pink Summer are the two coolers that also appear on the Burger King Cafe page. None of the Refreshas carries a calorie figure. The soft-drink list is Coca-Cola, Coca-Cola Light and Zero Sugar, Fanta, Sprite and Fuse Tea in four sizes up to King (a King Coca-Cola is 338 kcal), plus 200 ml Cappy juices and Sütaş milk.

Item What it is
Ayran 300 ml Ayran (300 ml.) Salted yogurt drink. 107 kcal; the 195 ml cup is 69.
Türk Kahvesi Türk Kahvesi (Turkish coffee) Listed among the hot drinks, no description, no calorie figure.
Çay Çay (tea) Turkish black tea. 2 kcal.
Nescafé Köpüklü Nescafé Köpüklü (frothy Nescafé) Whipped instant coffee, beside Nescafé Black and Nescafé White.
Pamuk Şeker Strawberry Gold Pamuk Şeker Strawberry Gold (cotton candy Strawberry Gold) One of three cotton-candy Refreshas.
Cool Lime Cool Lime Lime and fresh mint on a Fuse Tea base.
Cranberry Hibiscus Cranberry Hibiscus Cranberry and hibiscus, tart, on the same Fuse Tea base.

One line from the coffee promotion’s small print is worth passing on: the Latte is made with milk powder rather than milk, and the coffee offers apply to the 236.5 ml cup.

What the promotions page says, and how old it is

This is the only part of burgerking.com.tr that mentions lira, and it needs reading with the dates on. The page is split into delivery campaigns and restaurant campaigns. Nine delivery bundles are listed with starting-from prices, all for orders through Tıkla Gelsin, the Ara Gelsin line and the delivery apps, and all say prices vary by restaurant. Every dated one of them says it runs until 31 July 2026, which was two months before this check.

Bundle (delivery) What the page lists Starting price shown
Kral İkili Big King + King Chicken + medium fries + 1 L drink from ₺570 (~$12)
2’li Big King Fırsatı 2 Big King + medium fries + 1 L drink from ₺780 (~$16)
4’lü Big King Fırsatı 4 Big King + large fries + 1 L drink from ₺1,300 (~$26)
Kral Fırsat 2 Big King + 2 King Chicken + 8 onion rings + large fries + 1 L Coca-Cola from ₺950 (~$19)
2’li Gurme Fırsatı 2 sandwiches of your choice + medium fries + 1 L drink from ₺920 (~$19)
Benim İkilim 2 sandwiches of your choice + medium fries + 1 L drink from ₺310 (~$6.31)
Benim Dörtlüm 4 sandwiches of your choice + large fries + 1 L drink from ₺610 (~$12)
3’lü Whopper Fırsatı Tıkla Gelsin-only Whopper bundle for three from ₺675 (~$14)
5’li Whopper Fırsatı 5 Whopper Jr. + King fries + 10 onion rings + 1 L drink from ₺980 (~$20)

Two of those tiles contradict themselves: the 3’lü Whopper text gives ₺675 (~$14) in its headline and ₺540 (~$11) in its small print, and the 5’li gives ₺980 (~$20) and then ₺810 (~$16). Benim İkilim and 2’li Gurme Fırsatı describe the same bundle at ₺310 (~$6.31) and ₺920 (~$19). Read all of these as a record of what was posted, not as today’s delivery price; the site itself says TAB Gıda can change prices without notice.

The restaurant campaigns are a mixed bag of dates. A Cheeseburger for ₺100 (~$2.04) with any combo and a two-Big-King summer deal from ₺550 (~$11) both say they ran until 17 August 2026. The Kral Kombo (Whopper Jr., onion rings, tenders, medium fries and Coke from ₺230 (~$4.68)) says 30 June 2026. A Dragon Ball T-shirt for ₺400 (~$8.14) extra with a Dragon Ball Menü, at a long list of Istanbul restaurants, says 30 September 2026. A coffee and cookie offer from ₺70 (~$1.42) has no date. The one campaign that was live on the check date is a bank tie-in: new Garanti BBVA Mobil customers who enter the code KING2026 between 1 and 31 October 2026 get coupons for two Whopper Menü, which that page defines as a Whopper, a large Coca-Cola, large fries and 12 onion rings, redeemable in restaurants (not airports, mobile units or delivery) until 31 December 2026.

Beyond the dates, the site shows its age in smaller ways. The homepage’s cafe blurb still promises relief on hot summer days, its press-room link points to a 2020 archive whose teasers include a pandemic-era “social distancing Whopper”, the nutrition table uses the old names Planty Whopper and Sebze Burger, and the Çikolata Parçacıklı Cookie page has no photo at all. Treat the product list as the current range and the promotions page as a scrapbook.

One more thing the homepage says plainly: the chain’s meat comes from domestic producers with halal certification, and it links to the suppliers’ certificates. The promotions page also notes, in passing, that flame grilling has carried the Burger King name in Turkey for 30 years.

FAQ

Does Burger King Turkey publish prices?

No, not for individual items. burgerking.com.tr’s product pages show ingredients, a photo and a nutrition row, and prices appear only in TAB Gıda’s Tıkla Gelsin ordering site and app or in the delivery apps. The promotions page lists starting-from prices for delivery bundles (Kral İkili from ₺570, ~$12, Benim İkilim from ₺310, ~$6.31), but every dated bundle expired on 31 July 2026 and the page says prices vary by restaurant.

What is a Köfteburger?

A small burger with a köfte patty, the Turkish grilled meat patty, which Burger King Turkey’s page says is made to a mother’s recipe. It comes in a small sesame bun with pickles, ketchup, mayo and lettuce, and the site lists it at 358 kcal. Its combo, the Köfteburger Menü, adds medium fries and a medium Coca-Cola.

Does Burger King Turkey serve breakfast?

Yes, and the whole breakfast list is tost: six pressed toasties, including a kavurma-and-cheese panini (625 kcal), a smoked-meat panini (604 kcal), a two-cheese panini, a two-cheese brioche and two smaller BK Tost. Three of the six product pages say breakfast is sold only at restaurants that display the breakfast menu, at those restaurants’ own prices, and not through delivery.

Is there a vegetarian or plant-based Whopper in Turkey?

Yes. The Plant-Based Whopper, which the site’s URL and nutrition table still call the Planty Whopper, has an all-vegetable patty with ketchup, mayo, pickles, iceberg lettuce and onion in a 5-inch bun, at 583 kcal; a promotions tile calls it 0% meat, 100% Whopper taste. The Bean Burger (485 kcal) is a bean-and-vegetable patty with cheddar, ketchup and tomato, so it’s vegetarian rather than vegan on the listed build.

Does Burger King Turkey have ayran and Turkish coffee?

Yes. Ayran is listed in 195 ml (69 kcal) and 300 ml (107 kcal) cups, and the kids page says it’s the drink suggested by default with the Kids Cheeseburger menu. Türk kahvesi sits in the hot-drinks list with espresso, latte and three Nescafé drinks, including the frothy Nescafé Köpüklü, and çay (Turkish tea) is there at 2 kcal.

What comes in a Burger King Turkey Menü?

The sandwich with medium fries and a medium Coca-Cola, according to the nutrition breakdowns on the combo pages. The Hamburger, Cheeseburger and Tavukburger combos use small fries and a small Coke. The site’s best-sellers strip lists the Big King Menü, the Double King Chicken Menü and the Whopper Menü, in that order.

Is Burger King Turkey halal?

The homepage states that its meat products are made from halal-certified meat from domestic producers and links to the suppliers’ certificates. That’s the site’s own claim as of October 4, 2026; check the certificate page if it matters to you.

What’s new on the Burger King Turkey menu?

The promotions page announces a pumpkin (Bal Kabağı) milkshake as an autumn flavour and two King Mix ice creams, Oreo and Çilek Kornet, none of which had reached the product pages on the check date. The Klasik and Spicy Gurme Tavuk pages and the Barbekü Brioche tile also use the word new, without dates. The one dated offer that was live was the Garanti BBVA Whopper Menü coupon campaign, 1-31 October 2026.
