Köpüklü means frothy, and this is the whipped instant coffee that Turkish cafes sell as a drink in its own right. The site lists it beside Nescafé Black and Nescafé White with no description. Note from the coffee promotion's small print: the site's Latte is made with milk powder rather than milk, and the coffee offers apply to the 236.5 ml cup.
