Boerewors is South Africa's coiled farm sausage, coarsely ground and seasoned with coriander and clove, and it normally gets cooked over coals at a braai. McDonald's South Africa sells it as a sausage patty in a bun, and the Boerie line sits on the all-day breakfast board rather than with the beef burgers. The menu page lists the burger without publishing the rest of the build.
