United States: Chicago and New York Roasteries · $24 for two siphons, $34 for three in Chicago; $25 and $35 in New York

Your choice of two or three coffees, brewed on a siphon in front of you and served with cups for sharing. In Chicago it's only on the 3rd Floor Experience Coffee Bar menu, and in New York only at the Experience Bar. The Empire State Building store's menus don't list it. Siphon brewing is on other Reserve menus too: Milan's Main Bar prices a three-cup siphon by coffee rarity from €10.50, and Tokyo's siphon starts at ¥850.
