A Basque cheesecake with white miso from Shinshu in Japan mixed in, for what the page calls an unexpected salty-sweet pairing. The Starbucks Reserve Bar menu page badges it 主廚打造, chef-made. Dream Plaza's catalogue section has 65 food and retail pages, all priced. The flagship also runs Siren's Lounge, a reservation-only set-menu room whose current menu the site says is supervised by chef André Chiang.
