Roasted Oolong Tea Fashioned

An Old Fashioned built on Taiwanese roasted oolong. The page sets the tea's warm nut and roasted caramel notes against bourbon's vanilla, caramel, oak and smoke. Two more tea cocktails on the signature list cost the same: Tranquila Forest, which is Bi Luo Chun green tea with vodka and bubbles, and Mountain Whispers, a brandy infused with honey-scented black tea and mixed with white wine, lychee and lemon.
