A butter bar scented with truffle, which the product page pairs with earthy-tasting coffees. It's one of three Reserve Dosan mini desserts, with a Brulee Cheese Cake and a Chocolate Cheese Cake, and the page says any three together are ₩12,000 in store. It's also in the Food Flight at Reserve Gwanghwamun and in the reservation-only Reserve Afternoon Coffee Set for two. 289 kcal per 55 g.
