A bourbon Old Fashioned rebuilt with Japanese whisky and umeshu, the plum liqueur, and served with a cherry-blossom leaf. That's the product page's own description; the English name is our rendering of the Japanese one. It's one of 26 bar drinks with Roastery Tokyo product pages, priced from ¥1,200 to ¥3,600. Nine of those are alcohol-free builds, and they're the ones that get a calorie count in Starbucks Japan's nutrition table.
