Sold at one store: Starbucks Reserve Store Ginza Marronnier-dori, which also goes by STARBUCKS GINZA HOUSE. The store page says it was inspired by the Double Tall Latte that was the first order at Starbucks Japan's first shop, on Ginza Matsuya-dori, and calls it a cup found only here. Vanilla bean syrup and steamed milk, foam, a double shot poured over the top, then the Reserve caramel sauce. 265 kcal with regular milk.
