An after-dinner cocktail from the Andrea Villa list. Nikka Taketsuru Pure Malt whisky is fat-washed with Partanna extra virgin olive oil from Sicily, then mixed with Milano Roastery Microblend filter coffee, Ratafià cherry liqueur from Valle d'Aosta and pineapple juice. The Roastery's cocktail page adds that three drops of olive oil go on the surface. Four of Villa's six drinks name the house microblend or the Whiskey Barrel-Aged Cold Brew in their menu descriptions.
