Starbucks New Zealand describes its flat white as ristretto shots with steamed whole milk, pitched as not too strong and not too creamy, and lists it in all four sizes from Short (237 ml) to Venti (591 ml). The page says nothing about where the drink comes from. Starbucks Australia's page calls the flat white uniquely Australian, a claim New Zealanders have long disputed. Milk options listed: trim, almond, soy, coconut and oat.
