The Signature tier is Mexico's premium burger line, all of it on brioche, and the CBO is its headline build in single and double. McDonald's Mexico doesn't spell out the initials or the ingredients on the menu page, though the rest of the Signature line runs bacon, grilled onion and white cheese. A McCrispy CBO sits on the chicken side.
