The Dolce Vita limited range put a cacio e pepe sauce inside a McChicken: 100% Italian chicken, crispy bacon and a creamy version of the Roman pasta sauce made from pecorino and black pepper. Italy sells a cacio e pepe mayonnaise as a dip at the same time, so the sauce doesn't stop at the sandwich.
