Germany's own big burger: two beef patties, a creamy special sauce, crispy fried onions, white cheese, pickles and lettuce between two extra-fluffy buns. McDonald's Deutschland calls it Unser Größter, our biggest, and lists it at 1,141 kcal. Switzerland sells the same idea under the name The M.
