Lemonade Kaoliang

Kinmen kaoliang, the sorghum spirit from Taiwan's Kinmen islands, with orange, lemon and cane sugar, lengthened with soda water. 浯洲 in the Chinese name is an old name for Kinmen. It's poured at the Mixology Bar in Reserve Dream Plaza Taipei between 18:00 and 02:00 only, and the site's standing note says alcoholic drinks are for drinking inside the store.
