A muffin topped with caramel pieces, in a paper wrap. It's on the autumn allergen sheet as caramel muffin, but the nutrition sheet's muffin rows are three different ones (pecan roll, pumpkin roll and cinnamon roll), so there's no calorie figure to quote for it. Our UK and German harvests have no caramel muffin.
