The Cool Lime Refresher shaken with what Starbucks Canada calls coconut beverage. The US site writes coconutmilk for the same ingredient. A grande is 120 calories and 50 mg of caffeine, and a Trenta is 240. With the Cool Lime Lemonade Refresher at 130 calories it makes a three-drink lime family that our US harvest doesn't have.
