Pandesal is the soft, slightly sweet Filipino breakfast roll, and this is the breakfast menu's chicken sandwich: an Original Recipe chicken fillet, scrambled egg, cheese and bacon-flavored mayonnaise in a pandesal, in the site's words. With coffee it's ₱170 delivery, ₱160 pickup. The A.M. section is on the chain-level menu but missing from the Cebu and Dumaguete store menus we loaded.
