Porridge made with Flahavan's oats, taken plain or with jam, sugar or syrup. Flahavan's is an Irish oat miller based in Co. Waterford, and the co-brand is the clearest Irish signal on the whole menu. The UK's porridge carries Lyle's Golden Syrup instead.
